The grand ballroom of Hotel Maharaja Palace was transformed into a vision of opulence that evening. Crystal chandeliers cast a golden glow over the space adorned with cascading flowers and elegant royal blue drapery—the signature color of the Agnihotri family. A string quartet played softly in one corner as waiters in crisp uniforms circulated with trays of champagne and delectable hors d'oeuvres.

Ruhanika stepped out of the car, her heart hammering against her ribcage. Despite having lived as an Agnihotri for months now, this was her official introduction to society. The weight of the tiara on her head felt both foreign and strangely right, as if it had been waiting for her all these years.

"Ghabrao mat," Ansh whispered, squeezing her hand gently. Don't be nervous. "You were born for this."

Anant stood tall beside her, radiating authority and pride as he guided her toward the entrance. "Ready, Anika?" he asked, his eyes—so much like her own heterochromatic ones—glimmering with emotion.

She took a deep breath and nodded. "Ready, Papa."

The announcer's voice boomed as they approached the massive doors: "Presenting Maharaja Anant Agnihotri of Jodhpur and Rajkumari Ruhanika Agnihotri!"

The sea of elegantly dressed guests parted, all eyes turning to take in the sight of the long-lost princess. Ruhanika felt a moment of panic at the scrutiny, but then Divyank appeared at her other side, his presence steady and reassuring.

"Keep your chin up, Anika," he murmured. "Let them see the princess you truly are."

She straightened her posture and allowed her father and eldest brother to escort her into the room. Whispers followed in their wake—some admiring, some curious, some skeptical.

"Kitni sundar hai," someone whispered. How beautiful she is.

"Those eyes—so similar to Divyank's, unmistakably an Agnihotri," said another.

"Hard to believe she was raised so... modestly," a woman in an ornate sari commented with faint disdain.

Ruhanika pretended not to hear, focusing instead on the familiar faces of her family spread throughout the ballroom. Meera was chatting with a group of society women, looking resplendent in her traditional attire. Nishant and the twins were charming a circle of young women. Aadarsh was deep in conversation with what appeared to be medical professionals, while little Manyu was being doted upon by his grandparents.

The family had orchestrated a perfect entrance, strategically positioned to envelop her in their protective circle the moment protocol allowed. Within minutes of the formal greetings, Ruhanika found herself surrounded by her brothers, each taking turns introducing her to different groups.

"Minister Khanna, allow me to introduce my sister, Ruhanika," Nishant said smoothly to a distinguished older gentleman. "Ruhi, the Minister has been a longtime supporter of our family's educational initiatives."

The elderly man bowed slightly. "Aapka parivar mein swagat hai, rajkumari," he said kindly. Welcome to your family, princess. "Your academic achievements speak volumes about your character. The Agnihotri determination flows strongly in your veins."
