Sammy watched as Brooklyn, Ben and Darius all entered the living room, looking at Kenji who was cleaning up the food with Yaz and Patrick. When Yaz and Patrick saw Brooklyn, they walked away and stood by Sammy, Ben and Darius watching.

"Kenji... I'm sorry that I..." Brooklyn started.

"Stood me up?" Kenji interrupted.

"I know it looks bad... is bad... but I swear I have a good reason." Brooklyn said. "Darius Ben and I found out that your dad freed Kash and has her working to perfect dinosaur control and they did it!"

"Are you serious?" Kenji asked.

"Yeah!" Brooklyn said. "We tried to..."

"No, not my dad, I'm talking about you." Kenji said turning around. "Instead of turning up to our first date you go behind my back to prove my dad's some sort of supervillain?"

"its not like that." Ben interjected. "Brooklyn tried to get back to the date but there were... complications."

"I don't even care about that." Kenji said. "Why didn't you tell me about this?"

"We didn't want to get in between you and your dad unless we were sure he was up to something." Darius explained.

"Fine. I'll talk to him. But for the record, you guys are the ones up to something." Kenji said walking towards the door.

"Don't take the moral high ground here. How's your new best friend, Mr. Palmer?" Yaz asked. Kenji turned around about to argue, but stopped himself just slamming the door behind him.

"Nothings changed." Patrick said breaking the silence. "We still need to help Mae and stop Mr. Kon."

Timeskip

Patrick Darius and Yaz watched as Mae and Kash entered the warehouse, followed by the BRAD-X pushing the crate Brooklyn, Ben and Sammy were hiding it.

Darius and Yaz looked at Patrick who was repairing his leg. Darius kneeled in front of the prosthetic confusing Patrick.

"Can I try?" Darius asked.

"Uh... you don't have too..." Patrick said as Yaz kneeled next to him.

"Come on." Darius said. "You didn't teach us about it for no reason."

Patrick smiled.

"Sure." Patrick said handing Darius his screwdriver, popping the leg out of his socket. Darius took the leg and put it in his lap.

"You okay?" Yaz asked.

"Nope." Patrick admitted. "Kenji... he knows enough..."

"I know." Yaz whispered pulling him into a hug. "But he's desperate to get his dad's approval. Maybe he was just faking it?"

"Yeah." Patrick whispered. "Maybe."

"Done!" Darius exclaimed handing Patrick his leg. Patrick took it and popped it back on as Brooklyn, Ben and Sammy all ran into the bushes.

"You guys find anything?" Patrick asked standing up.

"Oh yeah we did!" Sammy exclaimed as Brooklyn held up a batch of broken chips.

"Let's go back." Darius said.
