Okay guys...

So i am really nervous...

I have changed the book cover and its totally original, not taken from anywhere.

It just feels like my characters have come to life... That's exactly how I imagined Veer and Prisha.

I hope you all liked it cause I love it 🎀 Do let me know in the comments ❤️

There's something about the smell of roasting besan that makes you believe, for one reckless second, that you're capable of pulling off anything.

Even wooing back a man who currently treats you like an expired spam email.

They say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach.

Whoever said that clearly never attempted to make laddoos with a burnt wrist and a broken heart.

The kitchen looked like it had been ransacked by a very determined squirrel. There were flecks of besan on the counter, trails of ghee along the stove knobs, and a dangerously tilted steel thali in the center, holding the golden-brown mixture that had nearly claimed my life an hour ago.

I stood against the counter, covered with an apron, my hands sticky with warm mixture, rolling another imperfect sphere between my palms. My wrist burned every time it flexed—but I didn't stop.

The burn had happened earlier. A careless moment when I'd poured the hot besan from the kadhai into the steel plate to cool, and my wrist had accidentally grazed the edge.

I'd yelped, hissed, and maybe muttered a very unladylike curse, but there had been no time to cry. The mission was too important. A burn was just collateral damage in the war of love.

"No wayy!!! He really wore that pink helmet ?? " Kabir asked, his legs swinging casually from the edge of the counter, already halfway into a laddoo he'd pilfered without asking.

"Absolutely," I said, without missing a beat, gently binding another laddoo after placing the previous one in the steel container. "He had no choice."

"Yeah well you sabotaged his Audi and Harley Davidson, he didn't really have any option. Poor Veer Bhaiya! I wonder what he looked like wearing that pink helmet . "

"He definitely looked like a grumpy little cupcake."

Kabir clutched his stomach as he burst into a fit of laughter. "No wayyy !!"

"Stoppp. No more for you now. These are for Veer ! " I scolded, swatting Kabir's hand away as he went in for another ladoo.

He dramatically clutched his chest. "Unbelievable. I have always been the delivery guy and I was the one who gave you the idea to cook something for him and yet I don't even get a second one?"
