3 Months Later
Its been a hectic few month.
After Kayson visited his parents, he and Kammy spent some time with their family. Later that night, he told me everything that happened.
He was still seething in anger, feeling like he didn't get the proper closure he wanted because he allowed his emotions to get the best of him.
But again, to him it was better than nothing.
He decided to continue with his anger management classes, he knew he needed them after quitting his fighting life.
Kammy is still in contact with their mother, and she wants a relationship with her. Although, she has stated that River will forever and always be her Mama, considering the fact she was the one that raised her.
Kayson beat the absolute shit out of his father. Releasing all the pain and suffering he put them through as kids. He spoke to his wife who was sheltering three of their children.
His Dad does abuse her and the kids. Kayson tried convincing her to leave but she doesn't know how.
She has no family or friends and he's the money maker in the family, refusing to let her get a job. Kayson promised he'd help her get out; she just needs to hold out a little longer.
Kayson got accepted into a really good University, and there he'll be working towards his business degree for his gym.
We won't be going to the same University, unfortunately. So, we'll be long distancing it out until we graduate. I want to be a dance teacher, and Kayson and I will be conjoining our companies into a dance/fight class studio where we'll teach kids how to fight and dance.
Pretty cool right?
Well, today is graduation day.
I was excited to get out of this hell hole. Johnathan, Nicole, and Harley graduated a week ago, which I was a bit sad because I really wanted us to graduate together from the same school on the same stage.
But this school does things a bit differently...and dramatically.
My mom didn't want me being late to my own graduation, so she hired people to do my hair and makeup.
After Rochelle and Landon, my makeup artist and hairdresser, finished working their magic I grabbed my heels, cap, and gown, before hurrying downstairs to show my parents my final look.
