This time when the Mikaelsons returned to the Mansion it was finished, only the decor in the bedrooms needed to be chosen, Nik's designing the entire place down to every last detail.

Dela was pleased with the house, Nik knew what she liked so she wasn't concerned. Her main concern was the Hybrid situation but that would take some careful witchcraft to solve.

She knew if she simply asked the doppelganger for her blood she would be denied, instead she needed to get a sample by different means. Thankfully in this life cloaking spells were some of the first taught to her.

First they tried the process with another hybrid using Katherine's blood, it seemed to ease some of the symptoms but the wolf still died. It left Dela only one real option.

The night they returned to Mystic Falls Dela cloaked herself and made her way to the doppelgangers home. She had no need for an invitation like her family and she had been there several times to watch Elena and Jeremy when they were younger, so she knew her way around the house.

The cloaking spell held as she made her way through the house up to the doppelganger's bedroom to find her sleeping.

With a whispered spell Elena would remain asleep as Dela pulled out a blood collection kit Rebekah had stolen for her when she was getting blood bags.

Dela collected five vials of blood before she stopped, removing the needle and healing the small wound so the girl would never notice what had happened. Even if the blood didn't work on the hybrid's human doppelganger blood was a sought after ingredient for many old spells.

She stored the blood for now and grabbed some hair from her hairbrush before leaving the house, her business done for now as she went to test Kol's theory.

Paige was the one to volunteer for the next transition, no one else stepped forward and none of them wished to be picked. She had bit the bullet so to speak, closing her eyes in acceptance as she had just drank Klaus's blood before hands wrapped around her neck and twisted.

Klaus stood over the body and waited for her to wake up, a vial of Elena's blood in his hands as he prayed this worked, the only show of his anxiety was his knee which continued to bounce up and down as he waited.

His mind was going over both the best and worst case scenarios as he waited not so patiently until the girl gasped awake in transition.

Paige looked around confused for a moment before Klaus gave her the vial "Come now, drink up" he said condescendingly, not wanting to get his hopes up but as the auburn haired woman with sharp eyes drank the vial she had a different reaction than the other two.

Jules and the one he had tested with Kathrine's blood had taken the blood like any fresh vampire but the women before him yelled out, her nails growing to claws as she screamed, her eyes shining bright gold as her scream transitioned to a howl.

Klaus slowly stood, grinning as he welcomed his first official hybrid, offering the slight woman a hand off the ground, being much more kind.

"Welcome to your new existence my dear, come now, lets get you a real drink" He said coaxingly, leading his first Hybrid out for a hunt.

Once they returned he informed his family of the newest development, using the rest of the blood to turn the remaining six wolves from Jules's pack into hybrids.

He went to turn Tyler but Dela stopped him "Not him Nik" she said casually when Klaus had turned towards Tyler after snapping the neck of two of the wolves.

Klaus raised a brow in her direction "Why ever not love, he's young and healthy" he asked, secretly wanting to use the Lockwood boy to spy within this little town.
