"Spill it Blondie! What did you find out?" Damon demanded as soon as Caroline entered the Salvatore boarding house.
Stefan glared at his older brother "What he meant to ask was, did you find anything out?" he asked, much more respectfully.
A small thankful smile was on Caroline's face as she looked at Stefan, completely ignoring Damon who got them all into this mess in the first place.
"They are still in town, and there's a new one. A blonde named Rebekah, we went shopping for clothes since Klaus has kept his sister in a box for the last ninety years" Caroline was concerned, what kind of people was her sister in so deep with?
Her sister hadn't seemed phased by the treatment, acting as if it was completely normal to stab your siblings and keep them in boxes whenever they piss you off.
The shopping trip itself had actually been kinda fun, awkward but fun.
"Great, so our sister is in love with an immortal psychopath. You should have let me follow through with the plan!" Damon said with a scoff, glaring at Stefan accusingly.
Stefan rolled his eyes "We had no choice, had you kept your mouth shut we could have kept Mikael in our back pocket but you threw a hissyfit unprovoked and ruined our one advantage!"
Caroline looked at Stefan with wide eyes, gaping at him "I thought you wanted to get along?" She asked, not understanding the so called nice brother.
"I do, I wanted to give it a chance and I still do. But having a backup plan in case we needed it was a good idea. Until you opened your mouth" Stefan said, turning towards Damon accusingly.
Damon raised his hands mockingly "My bad, no going back now. So, what are we going to do?"
"NOTHING! Are you two fucking insane? You saw how that went last time when you actually had the means to kill them! We have nothing, we are a bunch of baby vamps compared to them! I may not like what's happening but I want to keep my sister" Caroline said angrily, gobsmacked by their idiocy.
Damon scoffed at Caroline "You just said the man carts around his siblings in coffins!"
"Yeah, and that concerns me. I'll keep an eye on it but if we try to take on the originals we will fail. Not only are they the oldest and strongest vampires but we still have no idea how powerful they are, plus they have Elinor! She was powerful before but now she has centuries of knowledge behind her and five batteries ready and waiting!" Caroline felt like pulling her hair out.
"She may not want to kill us but I don't want to test how far she's willing to go, by her own admission she's had countless siblings that she has all but abandoned for the Mikaelsons. She told me she's had fifteen fucking children! She is not the sister either of us remembers anymore! And I for one don't want to test how far her loyalty goes!" Caroline said before storming out.
If those two wanted to get themselves killed that was their choice, she preferred keeping some semblance of her family.
Caroline may be concerned about the Mikaelsons but she wasn't stupid enough to think she could kill them.
Especially since they hadn't done anything to deserve it.

Dela held Rebekah's hands as she performed a tracking spell on her necklace, her brows furrowed as images flashed through her mind.
A very familiar face showed up in her mind, one that was a few minutes down the street.
She pulled her hands away and glanced at Bekah who was looking at her expectantly "I saw it, give me some time to track it down fully. It shouldn't be too long, I promise" Dela tried to be reassuring but she could tell Bekah wanted something more concrete.
