Nik had been quite eager to test her theory so he had handed over the coffins without much of a fuss. He hadn't been happy about Katherine but he was too excited about becoming a hybrid to put up much of an argument about it.

Once they had the coffins which she left in the back of the truck driven by one of Nik's witches, Madox. She had sent Greta to go speak with her family to uphold her end of the deal with the Martins.

She had Madox wait with the coffins while Elijah, Nik, and her went to the nearest clearing.

"I really do hope this works Nik but if it doesn't it's okay, we have all the right ingredients" Dela said, not wanting to disappoint him if for some reason her theory was wrong.

Nik huffed as he pulled her close "I believe in you, Love" he said cheekily before pulling her into a kiss.

When she pulled away she grinned "Well then, this may weaken you a bit, I might have to take a lot to reach the curse" she said as she grabbed his hands and began siphoning.

Dela let out an astonished laugh as she felt the amount of power coming from Niklaus, she had thought siphoning off Elijah had been a lot. Nothing could compare the waves of magic she's receiving from Klaus, it almost distracted her but she continued till she felt it.

Niklaus felt it too as he grinned, his eyes going gold "It's working!" He yelled out, feeling relief for the first time in one thousand years, he was whole.

Dela grinned as she took the curse from Niklaus, she continued to take all she could, not wanting to risk the curse slowly coming back. Eventually she hit a block which she knew was the Vampire curse Esther placed.

If she tried she could probably take it as well but it would be taking the curse that keeps Nik alive, he had been killed to transition and technically speaking, he is dead but the curse kept him alive.

When she heard Nik scream in pain she pulled away and watched as he began his first transformation as a wolf.

Elijah stepped up to her side as she funneled the magic into her pendant "While I did not doubt your skill I am surprised it worked so well" he said as he wrapped an arm around her waist.

"I'm not, witches that take from nature were unheard of until the last few hundred years. Your mother wouldn't have put in any failsafes against my type of magic. She's an incredibly powerful witch but that doesn't make me any less designed to take magic within myself from any source around me" Dela said simply, knowing Esther must be seething from the other side.

Dela had been a being of her own creation, the fact she returned to life over and over again was the witch's doing and now Dela had undone one of her most important spells, arguably the one spell she would rather remain in place.

Before Elijah could reply Nik finished his transformation making Dela raise an eyebrow "That's much quicker than normal, I was a wolf for three years and I could never transform that fast" She told Elijah.

"Your beautiful Nik, now go enjoy yourself. Just try not to kill too many people" Dela told Nik, smiling at his black wolf form.

Elijah left to follow behind Nik while she met back with Madox to undagger Finn and Kol. She would wait till Nik and Elijah were back before undaggering Bekah, Nik was the one that would have to answer for that.

Damon sighed as he poured himself a glass of his good bourbon "Are we really going through with this? We're just going to put our trust in Elijah?" he asked Stefan, annoyed and wanting his brother to tell him something different.
