Author POV:

Berserk gives her one final hug before pulling away from Blossom, and smiling at her with full happiness, "There's so much we need to catch up on, so much I need to tell you!" Berserk tells her, she grabs her right hand before pulling her up and into the kitchen, where the others are.

"Could I borrow her for the whole day?" Berserk asked Brick, and Brick seemed unsure when trying to respond. Berserk's husband, Braxton, notices the few seconds of silence, and he jumps in and tries to reason with his wife on why it might not be such a good idea to spend time together right away.

Berserk raises a brow and doesn't seem to like the idea of being kept away from her best friend. She gets cut off by Brick before speaking her true thoughts, "No, Braxton. It's fine, I have to go see the Professor anyway, and I would prefer Blossom to stay with someone she's close with than staying bored alone at the house." Brick tries to smile and nods his head in agreement.

"Great, let me just get a few things from my car that I have left behind," Berserk suggests and walks away to the front door, Bubbles tells them she needs to use the little ladies room and Blossom offers to show her where the bathroom is in the house, they walk down the halls and once they are out of sight, Braxton turns to Brick in question.

"I just got new information from Dexter that I need to go right away to the lab, there's something that he needs to explain to me. If it has to do with anything about restoring my wife's memories, then I need someone who can take care of her in the meantime." Brick tells him, and checks his phone before grabbing his keys that are placed on the kitchen counter. "I'll come along. I could try to help. Plus, I don't think my wife will want me here while they talk about their gossip." Brick chuckles at Braxton's words before they walk out of the kitchen and into the living room.

They both bumped just in time with Berserk when she enters back into the house, they both explain to her that they'll be gone for a while and that Braxton will be coming along to help with any extra hands that they might need. Berserk nods and pecks her husband goodbye on the lips before walking away to find the girls.

"Oh, I almost forgot, please do not leave this house." Brick tells her, and right away, he could sense Berserk's slightly confused feeling, "We just don't need any news outbreaks right now, especially with the boys not even knowing that their mothers are back. It'll cause a huge commotion and problems everywhere."

Berserk nods in understanding and waits for the guys to leave before she mumbles something under her breath, "So what are we going to do all day in this boring house?"

"They're dead." HIM says with a blank look on his face, but the boys' faces look utterly confused and in complete shock. "That can't be true!" Brake yells out before slamming his fist on the office desk, but their grandfather doesn't look fazed by their sudden attitude. "Yeah! Brake is right, they have to still be alive somewhere."

"Look, boys, you wanted my help and the truth, which I gladly gave to you. Now I think it's time that you do me one favor that I need in exchange for the gratitude I gave." HIM says, a wicked smile curling up from his black lip stain, coloring his lips. Brake grits his teeth in anger, "They can't be dead! And I can prove it! I saw my mother in my own house not too long ago!" He pulls out his phone to reveal a blurry image of the familiar redhead.

HIM's smile drops as soon as he recognizes who's in the picture, "I know my father is up to something. I just can't prove what it might be, but I can prove that she is still alive!" He yells out, and the two other boys stand confident in their claim as well.

HIM pulls the cellphone out of Brake's grasp with his powers and brings it to his side, "Hmm, as if things weren't interesting enough with my grandsons here to visit me, now I'm discovering the girls are back." HIM mumbles and tries to look clearly into the photo.
