Scott's eyes widened as Peter threw Lily's body in front of his feet. Scott dropped to his knees and held her face in his hands. "What did you do to her?" He questioned. Peter smirked at the boy. Scott breathing was heavy as he looked between Peter and Derek. "What did he do to her?" Derek looked away not being able to answer.
"She'll be fine, Scott. I only needed to get her out of her friend Stiles' arms and it took a little force." He replied. Scott narrowed his eyes at the man, and then looked at Lily in worry. "I have a conflict of my own, Scott. And, I need yours and Lily's help to solve it."
"I'm not helping you kill people." Scott replied.
Peter pressed his lips together and shook his head. "Well, I don't want to kill all of them. Just the responsible ones." He stated. "And, that doesn't have to include..." Peter trailed off and looked at Derek.
"Allison." Derek answered.
Scott glanced to his left at the beta. "You're on his side." Derek kept a straight face as he stared at Scott. "Are you forgetting the part where he killed your sister?" Scott shouted.
"It was a mistake."
Scott gaped at him in shock. "What?" He squeaked.
"It happens." Derek answered.
"How does killing someone, killing, just happen?" Scott yelled, emphasizing the killing part. "He murdered your sister. He just knocked Lily unconscious, or worse, who knows. And you're going to stand by and join his side. Seriously?"
"Scott, I think you're getting the wrong impression of us." Peter remarked. "We really just want to help you reach your full potential. I also want to help Lily with finding out about who she is." Peter stated. Scott shook his head in disgust.
"By killing my friends?"
"Sometimes the people close to you may be the ones holding you back the most." Peter responded as he tilted his head towards Lily. Scott stayed close to the girl, making sure Peter couldn't get anywhere near her.
"If there holding me back from becoming psychotic nut job, then I'm okay with that." Scott replied.
Peter sighed, shaking his head. He brought his claws out and took a step closer to Scott. "Lily currently is figuring out what I went through, and I think maybe you should see things from my perspective just like she is." Peter voiced before he stuck his claws into the back of Scott's neck. Scott cried out in pain as he fell beside Lily. Scott's eyes stayed on Lily as his had curled around hers. The last thing he saw was a single tear falling from Lily's eyes.
