Shit?!
What did I just do!
I blammed myself for letting Megan leave. I thought about it for hours, telling myself it wasnt her fault. Logan would have saved me too.
God, what was I thinking? I needed to go get her and talk to her about what just happened.
I opened my eyes to see a smidge starring coldly at me.
"That was wrong and you know it." She stated the obvious as she folded her arms.
I just let out a sign and closed my eyes again.
I fucked that one up.
"I would like to invite Megan back. Whether you like it or not your coming with me." Smidge demanded. She tossed me a weapon, marched her way out the door and down the stairs.
I rolled my eyes but followed along behind her.
"Mom? I'm going to go get Megan and Dan. They shouldnt have been kicked out." Giving me the evil eye as she said the last part. I just threw my hands up into the air and smiled, Smidge wasnt tall for her age and that look she gives you when shes mad just makes you wanna smile because its so adorable! She's probably about 4'11" or 5 feet tall and shes super thin! Even when you dont wanna smile, she always comes up with a way to make you do it, and I'm glad she does.
"Lets go Em!" Smidge yelled over by the doorway.
I followed her out the door and to our house, but when we got there it was empty. No sign of Megan or Dan.
"Do you think they went someplace else?" Smidgies soft voice chocked up.
"They cant be to far, I over heard her talking to Melony and your mom about how she had a camp in the woods. Maybe she's there?" I thought outloud.
"Well the woods are near, lets go check it out."

"Where's Megan?" I asked Paul.
His face looked worried as he shrugged his shoulders.
"Come on Paul, lets climb a tree and wait for the hoard to pass us to go look for her."
I found myself a perfect tree and jumped for the branch. I then pulled up the rest of my body. I lowered my hand down to Paul, I grabbed his and pulled him up into the tree along with me.
We waited for what seemed like hours in that tree. The zombie hoard was massive and I dont know how you'd be able to survive this, but I hope Megan did.

The brunette boy started to move again. I was so scared for my life, hoping that he wouldnt say anything to attract the hoard to our tent. This thing will go down easily if a million of those things were pushing up against it.
"Oww." he whispered as he raised his hand up to his head.
"What happened?" He questioned as he looked over towards me.
Not saying a word, I signalled for him to shut his mouth. He started to panick as he heard all of the moaning and stupid little noises that the monsters make. He was holding his head tightly in between both hands. He looked like he was about to go crazy. Looking over to me, he noticed that I was also scared shitless. He crawled over towards me slowly and sat down next to me.
"It'll be okay." He whispered into my ear as he hugged me to warm me up. I guess that hammer did some damage to his head because it doesnt seem like he remembers why I did what I did.
Some zombies started to pile up at one side of the tent, making it sink in.
The boy just held me in closer each time the dent increased.
I started to tear up, knowing that this was my fate. I was going to die right here, right now.
Suddenly, you heard gun shots being fired, flares being shot and firecrackers going off. Most zombies turned around immediately and started dashing towards the sound, while the others continued to walk along like nothing was going on.
Emily sooned popped her head up into my tent.
"You're welcome." She spat.
I sat up quickly and exited my way out of the tent followed by the brunette boy.
"Where's Dan?" Smidgie asked.
"Uh, we all agreed to head that way." I said as I pointed the way out for us.
