He took a confident stride towards me as I stayed frozen in place.
His narrowed eyes opened slowly. It took my breath away each time I saw his crystal-like eyes.
"What are you doing here?" I asked softly, my voice quivering. I felt his hand suddenly at my cheek, wiping away the single tear that escaped my eye.
"Isn't it obvious? Because yer here." He gave me a small smile. Not his usual smirk or foxy grin. But an actual smile.

Before you start reading - I do not own anything from Bleach (all go to Tite Kubo) except the characters never before seen in the anime/manga.
Second of all, this story sort of goes along with the Bleach story line, with a few curves made by me here and there. After a certain point the story line will stray from the original story line. After that the story line is owned by me.
I've tried to make this story different from the other Bleach stories you've read, different in the way its written, and involving characters in much more.
