Violet sits down at the lunch table. Red and Amber are already there.

“Hey,” she says while she sits down. She brushes down her yellow shirt to stop it from wrinkling up.

“Hi Violet,” Red says brushing her hair out of her face.

“Hey,” Amber replies biting into a blueberry muffin.

Violet grabs her fork and twirls it around the spaghetti she got for lunch, and then takes a bite out of it.

“Hey, where’s Blue?” Red then asks putting her apple down.

          Violet shrugs. “I dunno.”

Amber grunts. “She better get here soon.” She mumbles and crosses her arms and presses then to her white shirt.

Violet shoots her a glance and looks away, shaking her head.

“Oh my god, you guys! You guys!” Blue screams running up to them, Katelyn following behind her.

Blue slams her hands on the table and looks up. Violet looks at her and notices Blue’s light blue eyes have a certain look in them which are filled with horror.

          “What’s up?” Red asks.

Blue grips her hands on the sleeves of her long light blue shirt. She bites her lip and sits down next to Red. Katelyn takes her spot next to Violet.

Blue sighs. “I know who the one with the stone heart is,” she whispers.

Amber starts coughing and pounds on her chest. She then turns to face Blue. “What? Who is it? Who could possibly have a stone heart?”

“It’s Suzy.” Blue says. Violet stares at her. “And the stone heart isn’t actually her heart; it’s a necklace with a stone heart on it.” Blue explains.

          “It’s Suzy?” Violet echoes.

          Blue nods, “Yeah.”

The other girls stop eating to look at Blue.

“So we finally know now,” Red says. “At least we know who it is, now we don’t have to go searching around for a suspect.”

“Thank god,” Violet says agreeing. “But it’s Suzy, and from what I know Blue and Suzy are not friends, Suzy bullies Blue.”

“You got a point there, Violet.” Amber says and sighs.

“I knew it! I knew it, I knew it, I knew it!” Katelyn then says as her voice cracks.

Violet stares at her. “You knew what?”

“Well, I just suspected. It makes total sense; Suzy is the most dangerous of them all. It’s like, she has no soul.” Katelyn says. “She has the water element, just like Blue does. And she likes to embrace her evilness. She never really was kind hearted. She’s always been a bully.”

          Violet nods.

          “Makes sense,” Red says.

“I heard it’s because her parents ignore her back home, but you can never trust rumors,” Violet says.

“I have also been observing them, and I found out which one has which element. “Suzy has water, Lucy has air, Jami has fire, and Janelle has earth.”

Violet nods. “Okay. What else have you found out about?”

Katelyn looks directly at her. “Well, another stone.”

“Another stone,” Red asks and begins to cough. “But…but I thought we had all four, that there were only four.”

Katelyn shakes her head. “That was the amount you needed. Those four stones, you don’t need them if you have this other stone.”

“What is it called?” Violet asks.

“The Multi Stone,” Katelyn replies. “It’s a very powerful stone that has all the elements, water, air, fire and earth and has the power to activate the other four stones.” She stops to take a breath. “It can destroy the other stones with its power.”

“Why didn’t you tell us about this stone before?” Blue interrupts. “I mean, it does sound pretty important,” she adds in franticly.

Yeah, how come we haven’t heard about it? Violet thinks and folds her arms against her chest.

“Well, because we don’t exactly need it. We have the four other stones, and that’s all we need. But, it would be nice to have it. The reason it was never mentioned before was because after the four stones were scattered and found by historians, my father knew where they were. But the Multi stone was never found, so it could never be used.” She sighs.

“So why are you telling this to us now?” Red asks.

Katelyn doesn’t reply immediately. Instead, she looks to her hands and doesn’t say anything.

Violet looks at her and closes her eyes. Let’s see…maybe I can reach into her mind to see what she’s thinking of. Violet focuses her energy and starts to dig into Katelyn’s mind. She hears a noise all around her, like a song, but no luck on reading what she is thinking about.

Violet opens her eyes to look back at Katelyn. Katelyn glances at her and finally lets out a brief sigh.

“Based on my observations, they have it.” She says and grits her teeth.

“You mean…” Violet starts but doesn’t continue.

Katelyn nods. “And they are planning to use it to over throw your stones to they can take over.”

“That’s awful…” Red says and shakes her head.

“We have to take it from them,” Violet says. “But…how?”
