Two days have passed since Katelyn has told the girls everything that she knows. It’s now Wednesday, and the day to put the stones together draws closer. It’s next week actually and all the girls are anxious.

The bell rings indicating class is over and Blue rises from her seat. Red quickly separates from the girls without saying anything and walks up to Daniel, pecking his cheek. Amber rushes out of the room, probably to meet up with Drake.

She and Drake have been spending more time together lately, with Amber scared that their relationship will fall apart again.

Violet looks at Blue and gives her a small smile. “Bye Blue, I’ll see you tomorrow.” She says.

“Where are you going?” Blue asks.

Violet hesitates for a moment. “Uh…I’m meeting up with Greyson, he’s going to help me study for the Spelling Bee Nationals, and it’s coming up soon. In about two months probably,” she says.

Blue nods. “Well, good luck then, see you tomorrow,” she says and Violet leaves.

Blue is then left alone in the classroom packing up her bags. She watches as Mrs. Bloom looks at her, and then leaves.

Blue slips on her book bag and heads out of the room, without a word said.

The hall way is crowded, completely packed. Blue skims through the hallway and spots Violet and Greyson together, Violet yelling at him. She then sees Amber and Drake talking with Amber twirling her hair. And finally she can spot Red and Daniel together, holding hands with Daniel giving her little kisses all over her cheek.

Blue takes a step forward and decided to catch up to one of them, but realizes there all busy. Instead, she heads the other way to the rooms.

The hall way is a lot less crowded than the lockers. Blue walks across the hall way, looking around to the outside. The hall way is like an open tunnel, and it connects the two main buildings together, the classes and the dorms.

Blue grabs the key to her room from her pocket and walks over to her section of the rooms.

          “Blue, what are you doing?”

Blue turns around to see Suzy walk up to her, her arms crossed against her chest.

Blue stares at her, “Um, going into my room. I have homework,” she says, adjusting her book bag.

Suzy stares at her. “How did you do that? Control the water in the bathroom?”

“Well um…I don’t know if you know this…but…this is a magic school and—”

“I already know that!” Suzy screeches. “I am asking you how you controlled the water! I have the water element! No one can control water like that except if the person has the water element!”

Blue takes a small step back at Suzy’s outburst. “Then I guess I have the water element too…” Blue says.

“Are you a descendent of the warriors? The only way you could have water control like that is if you’re a descendent of the ancient warriors or ancient dark force.”

          “I…I…I don’t know,” Blue whimpers.

“Liar,” Suzy screams. “You know something, something that I don’t. And I expect that you give it to me!”

“I’m not telling you anything!” Blue screams in her defense.

Why can’t Red be here…curse her for hanging out with Daniel…I need her. Blue thinks and stares at Suzy.

“You stubborn little brat,” Suzy says. She whips around, and storms off in the other direction.

Blue watches her as she leaves and sees something fall off of her.

Before moving to see what it is, she stands there quietly, and still.

Still taking in everything that has happened, she rests her hand on her chest and sighs. She puts down her book bag and walks over to the thing that has dropped.

It’s a gold chained necklace with a gray, stony looking heart on it. She picks it up and a flash of light comes from it, then disappears.

Taking a closer look at the necklace, sinking in everything that has just happened, she lets out a gasp.

Danger, keep away from the one with the stone heart…

The same words Amber heard the other day echo in her own mind.
