His Little Brat. {Levi x Reader}

A Cup of Tea. (An Evening Spent With Levi.)

-I've had a very rough and frustrating day, so please bear with me if my writing seems off. Even though there probably is nothing wrong with it.Enjoy!-

You heave another sigh through your nose as you unlock the door to your apartment. It had been a long and excruciating week, and you were feeling all kinds of tired. You toss your backpack on to the ground and kick off your shoes with a small groan. Right now, every little movement was tiring. You were so done mentally and physically that you wanted to burst into tears for absolutely no valid reason. The stress was accumulating so fast, that you didn't know what to do with the overwhelming burden growing in your chest and brain. You hold both your palms against your pounding head as you try to calm down. Levi catches sight of you as he had heard the front door open previously.

"You okay?" He sits down next to you as he peers into your face with his own worried one.

"Fine...just..tired.." You whisper as you take another deep breath in.

Levi had never seen you this upset and stressed in his life. You were usually good at keeping things to yourself for the sake of others, and this time, it seemed like doing that had consequences. Levi reaches out and tucks his delicate fingers on your chin before pulling it up towards him. He leads over and pecks you gently before running his thumb across your cheek.

"Chin up okay?" He smiles softly before getting up to make tea.

When the tea was done, he places a warm cup into your hands and takes a small sip from his own before setting in down. He watches you gently as you sip on your tea while staring into blank space. He knew that you were still burdened with the heavy responsibilities of being an adult, and it was slowly consuming you cheerfulness and light that he so loved. You close your eyes as the mellow warmth grows in your body. You were beginning to feel tired and also very relaxed.

You set down the cup of tea before you accidentally drop it and create trouble. You lean into Levi and wrap your arms around his neck as he rests his back backwards; leaning against the arm of the chair while wrapping his arms around your waist comfortingly. You feel his chin on your head as his tight embrace made you feel even drowsier. He strokes your waist softly with his fingers as you are lulled into a peaceful sleep at last.

When Levi hears your soft breathing and senses your lack of movement, he stays put for a couple more minutes for you to fall into a deep sleep before lifting you up gently. He carries you to the bed and tucks you in like a small child. After doing so, he couldn't help but admire your beautiful face, and feel grateful to have someone like you to remind him that humanity wasn't all bad. He stoops down and places his lips gently on your eyelids.

"Good night...(Your Name). I love you."
