-I just got a fucking dozen mosquito bites and it's driving me fucking crazy from the itchiness. TuT All mosquitos must die in hell.-

  You wait silently while scrolling through your phone in the middle of the night. It was getting pretty late, and you had no choice but to stay late to complete your work. The days went by like this, it was very hectic and busy, but this was one of the moments that you treasured the most every night. Levi had insisted on coming to pick you up after your part-time job, and would never let you refuse no matter how hard you tried to.

  You smile to yourself as you think about your boyfriend again. You both had been dating for years, and every time you saw him, it was like seeing him for the first time all over again. Many had criticized your relationship because of the age difference. He was indeed a lot older than you, yet you could never have found a better match than Levi himself. Everyone's judgment meant nothing to you, because they will never know about how much you both love each other.

  As you are lost deep in your thoughts, you are startled by the loud exclaims of a group of old men as they walk towards you. You automatically tense up at the thoughts of them being able to hurt you, you clutch your phone so tightly in your hand that your knuckles turn pale. You pray silently, and hope that they were too drunk to even notice you, but it didn't seem like things were going to go your way.

"Hello ladyyy...you're pretty hot! Why don't you come and hang around with us?" One of them slurs as they bring their smelly bodies closer to you. You inch away and try to refrain from recoiling in disgust.

"Thank you for the offer but I'm not interested..I'm waiting for someone." You take a step back as they surround you with perverted gleams in their eyes. 

"Oh? And who would that be?" Another cackles as they reach over to grab your chest. Just as you try to protect yourself, you hear a loud cry of pain and the sound of bones crackling.

"That would be me." A familiar voice laced with anger answers the question for you and you open your eyes to see Levi standing in front of you with a pocket knife in twirling in his hands.

"Fuck. Let's go guys!" The rest of them scramble away in fear and Levi turns to you; his face deadly serious.

"I thought I told you to wait inside (Your Name). What would have happened if I wasn't here to help you?" He scolds you as he crosses his arms in front of him while glaring down at you.

"I'm sorry Levi. I thought it'd be more convenient for you if I just waited outside." You try to calm your nerves but Levi notices your shivering shoulders.

"Damn..just be careful next time. Brat." He sighs as he shrugs off his jacket before placing on to your shoulders.

  You glance outside the window through the whole drive back home. It wasn't because you were ashamed to face your boyfriend, you were just mesmerized by how the lights of the buildings and landscapes illuminated the night sky. There were no stars in Tokyo, not when the light pollution takes over the sight of the clear night sky anyway. 

"Have you seen real stars before Levi?" You ask without taking your eyes off the bright lights that flash by you as the car moves smoothly on the road.

"I feel like I have. I have dreams about it all the time. There are always two other people that I don't recognize in my dream though. A guy and a girl. I wonder if that was my past life." He mutters as you watch him drive with a painful expression.

"Yeah. I wonder if the night sky was illuminated by stars. I wish I could witness real stars one day." You sigh as you turn back to the window.

"Someday, I'll take you to see a whole galaxy of stars." He gives you a small reassuring smile before you lean over to give him a kiss on the cheek.
