Silena screamed and drew a hot pink dagger from her belt.
What the heck, Percy thought, Why does everyone have weapons?
The black creature growled and backed away.
Annabeth stood infront of Percy. "Take out Riptide." She whispered through gritted teeth.
Percy raised an eyebrow.
Apperently the black......dog??? The thing took a raised eyebrow as a sign of fighting, and he leaped over Annabeth and tackled Percy.
The creature opened it's mouth right over Percy;s head, and he screamed in terror. Imagine that scene from Brave when the bear is trying to eat Merida?
Annbeth's voice yelled, but nothing happened.
Then one arrow whistled over and it hit the creature on the shoulder. He started to disslove.
Then an old-timey voice yelled out, "Percy, move!" Zoe?
Something scrathed Percy shoulder, and he screamed.
It hurt so much!
Then the animal was going to swipe again (how he hadn't dissloved yet, Percy wasn't sure) but a bell rang in Percy's mind. The creature growled, then dissapeared. Like it had been called away.
"Well," Percy said in dry humor. "I guess we were saved by the bell."
Then he blacked out in pain.
