Percy

When Percy woke up, he wished he hadn't.

Silena was a few yards away, being dragged by some more dracance guards. She looked unconsious.

"HEY!" Percy yelled, flushing as he realized he was still hanging upside down.

The guards turned.

"What are you doing to her?!"

The guards glanced eachother, as if depicting whether or not Percy should be told.

"Ssssssssssshe's dead. We're going to flail her bonessssss and drop the ashes into a pit of lava. The one you're hanging over."

Percy didn't hear anything but the first sebtence.

She's dead.

Tears pooled in Percy's eyes. He tried to hold them back, but he was upside down, after all. The rolled down his face. 

"How?" Percy wondered aloud.

"Beat to deathhhhhh by a cellllllmate."

The draceance got to work with Silena's body swiftly. Percy felt like he was going to throw-up, and made sure he didn't look.

Percy had failed his friends so many times, he couldn't- he wouldn't- again.

Beckendorf, Ethan, now Silena.... Percy counted the deaths off in his head. 

Some bubbling sounded below him, and Percy forced himself to look. He saw a small peices of white before the dissapeared in the lava. Percy felt bile in his throat.

All his friends were dying, and it was always Percy's fault. If he had been there in the cell with Silena, he probably could have saved her. If he had been paying closer attention to Luke, he could have stopped him from stabbing Beckendorf. If he had Ethan's back in battle, he could have protected him.

What would happen next? Would Zoe be beat to death by a guard, alone, because Percy was here and not there? Would Bianca have to close the Doors Of Death because Percy was fighting on Gaea's side? Would Annabeth be killed for trying to save Percy from Gaea? 

Lot of blood on your hands, Jackson. Gaea's voice said in his head.

Percy grit his teeth. Maybe if he didn't respond, she would shut the Hades up?

Before he could test his theory, an alarm noise blared, though Percy didn't actually see an alarm.....

The dracance hissed curses. 

"One of the girlssssss, I would guessssssss."

Percy gasps. Bianca, Annabeth or Zoe?

Another draceance guard slithered over. "It'sssss the blonde! Get her!"

The dracaence all slithered out, leaving Percy, hanging over a pit of lava, very scared and very alone, more so then he'd felt in years.

I have a actual reason why this is so late!!!!!!!!!!! 

I had no inspiration.

I had no idea what to write in Tartarus,   but we needed a Percy chapter, so I did what I could, and made this incredilby crappy thing.
