The helicopter jolts again, and I grab the restraints, trying to remain calm. The vehicle begins to slow down and then stops altogether.

It's quiet for a moment, untill part of the wall begins to open up and several adults fill the room.

Most of them are wearing strange white clothes, with seals and stamps of some kind of bird.

One of them comes up to me her eyes hidden behind a clear visor. She touches her wrist and a screen pops up.

The blue screen floats in front of her face.

"Release." She says.  Suddenly the black restraints are disappearing back into the seat and I'm free to move.

I jump to my feet, and follow the group towards the open doors.

The open door lead to a large, empty, white room. As soon as we walked in, the floor lighted up.

"Please proceed to a circle." An animated voices says. I look over at Zac, to ask him what a circle is, but he just grabs my wrist and hauls me to a lighted area.

Behind Jax carries Skye into the circle, and places her between us. She gently slaps her, begging her to wake up.

Her eyes flutter after a while and she blinks in the bright light.

"Where are we?" She asks looking around.

"Don't know." Jax responds studying her.  I look around and notice adults in white going around switching people in and out of circles. When one of them comes to us she takes two of the smaller kids and gives us older ones in exchange.

As I watched the trading, I noticed we were in groups based on age. After the sorting, the adults come around again, this time handing each of us small slips of paper with a number and a letter.

"Are we supposed to wear these, like cattle?" Skye asks. She holds it up to her ear, and looks back at us. Before any of us can reply an announcement sounds.

"Good evening children!" A women's voice greets. All the adults start to move towards the walls as the room falls silent. "We are aware of the circumstances you've been in and we have relocated you to a remote location. We understand that you were tested on and experimented to become some sort of secret weapon, by genetic mutation, but we don't agree with the static actions of the government. If I were to explain the whole history, and everything thing that has happened, we would be here a while, but children, you are finally safe."  She pauses letting the message sink in.

"Now you are a very large group, so to make things easier you have been sorted into your approximate age groups. To make sure everyone is ready for their new life, we are going to have a little test. Everyone has a number and a letter, when your number and letter flashes on the screens above you, I would like you to go to the corresponding door." She says.

I wonder if she knew, that half of us couldn't even count to ten. Eventually I learned it didn't matter, because when the first number and letter combo flashed on the screen, a voice called it out. A door appeared in a blue outline, with the same combo.

I looked around the room, everytime a combo went on the screen, a door would be outlined in the wall with that combo.

"B6." The animated voice called. We all looked up at our tickets, and then up at the wall, trying to see if ours matched.

"I guess, I'm about to find out where we are." Jax says showing us his ticket.

"If something happens, you'll let us know, right?" Skye asks.

"Play by play it is." Jax replies a smile playing on his lips.

"You little.." Skye trails on, playfully punching him in the arm. He grins and rises to his feet, giving us a little salut before heading the the left wall where the outline of door B6 was glowing.
