He presses a button on his watch and a map pops up. A hologram of a map is floating in front of us.

"Okay, from here to Québec is about a ten day trip." He says.

"We don't have ten days." I say getting right to the point.

"Well Tacoma doesn't have a train route to Canada, and in case you haven't noticed we don't exactly have cars." He says pointing to the overturned cars in the city. I looked around at collapsed buildings, some you couldn't reconize as a building, broken bridges and banged up busses. The city was a wreck just like the rest of the world. Tacoma looked more like Death Valley, with collapsed buildings and piles of ash. All the water had evaporated, and the grass dried up. I was just about to tell Jordan we were done for when I saw the jet. There was a jet sitting in the middle of a field untouched. Destruction was all around it, but it seemed perfectly fine.

"Jordan a plane." He looos over at the plane.

"I don't think that plane is going to fit 5,000 people." He says raising an eyebrow.

"Exactly." I run into the elavator and a confussed Jordan follows.

"I know that face, you have an idea." I smile like an idiot.

"It's simple, you will lead the faster morphs on foot and I will fly the others."

"How many do you think you can take?" He asks

"Well acording to the size, I'd say a decent 100 to 200."

"Great that still leaves me with like 4,000." He complains.

"Well at least we'll have at least 200 to hold Kaine back, for a while."

"He has about 2,000 morphs, you'll hold him over for about 20 seconds." He says smirking. The elavator doors open and we break into dim sunlight. Jordan calls his army, and soon 5,000 morphsare encompassing us.

"Here's the plan, it takes ten days to get to Canada from here, I will be leading most of you on foot there, but about 200 of you will be flying with Kelly." "Is that clear?" The whole crowd grumbles before agreeing. Then I motion to Kelly to pick her 200. Kelly goes around asking about abilities and speed. Thirty minutes later with the help fom others, Kelly manages to find the 200 slowest people. She leads them towards the plane, I look at my group.

"ARE WE READY!" I yell.

"YES SIR!" a couple thousand people shout back.

"THEN LET'S GO WIN!" People hoot and hollor, before shifting and following me across the valley.

I watch my troops march behind me, Kiera and Zac in the lead. They were perfect, they kept kids in line and used force when nessicary. We had crossed the Canada border about an hour ago and I felt good. Things had gone smoothly, when people saw us coming they ran, but nothing couod out run a ferocious cheetah, or a hungry lion. Absolutely nothing. We marched through city after city, demolishijg everything. Towns became ashes and cities became deserts. It was all coming together, finally payback was mine. I hope that stupid morph that killed my parents was still alive so he could see what I've done. If he was here he would be begging at my feet like a pathetic little peasant. We walked along the dead grass, and over the dried up rivers. This was payback to the world. Payback to the humans who created these creatures and payback to the morphs. This was war.

"Kiera, Zac dinner!" Mom yelled up the stairs. I was still getting used to this whole mom thing.

"Coming!" We both yelled back. I closed my book and put it back in it's hiding spot under my bed. Then I walked downstairs to dinner.

"Hey Kiera you have a race tomorrow." Mom reminds me as she finishes dinner. Zac sits at his place at the table and claps his hands. A door in the table slides open and a plate, glass and silverware pop up. I grab the lemonade from the counter and walk over to the table. I stop just as I'm about to reach the table. There are only three seats left which meant I had a one in three chance of picking the right chair.

"Here I'll help you with that." My dad says reaching for a glass at one of the seat. I pour the lemonade into the glass and he sets it down. Just as he's about to sit down he points to the place that I just poured the lemonade. I nod and mouth a thank you before heading over to my seat. Mom comes over and puts chicken, rice and some small yellow stuff on my plate. My fake family starts talking around me about things such as sport compitions to school work and tests. I sit silently and listen. I miss my old hearing, before as a cheetah I could hear much better even in my human form. I could also see much further, than normal humans. I acually missed most of it. I looked around at my happy family, part of me liked being normal, but the other part missed being able to run fast and hear pins drop. The only thing I didn't miss was the fighting, and the fact that I only had one pair of clothes, which were ripped, and shredded. I knew I could not bother to look for a way out and just stay in this dreamland forever, but I knew I had a job to do. I had to save the world.
