The sky was on fire. By the time we got to California it was already destroyed. Smoke filled the air, and ash rained down like snowflakes.
Rain poured down hard in an attempt to put out the fire. Loose morphs roamed the streets, while other morphs were shifting back. Waking up on the side of the road bloddy and bruised is not the most fun thing. Trust me. Our labs new recruites circled around us nervously. Some of the older kids growled at them just for effect. We all sat in the cattle truck, looking out over the city. I saw a little five year old get pushed into a cattle truck parked across from us. Kaine came into view just out the corner of my eye. He was in the middle of an argument with an angry looking man. I pushed myself against the cool metal and listen."Hey bro you better leave, this is our ground." The other man said
"No I'm not leaving this is one of the major cities, and I'm expecting big bucks for this place."
"To bad, I'm already here." The man says. He's about a foot taller than Kaine, and looks like he's about to crush him. Kaine mumbles something and walks back towards the truck. I take a step back in my stall, and curl up. The engine starts and the truck starts moving towards our new destination.

I run down the hall trying to find my room, but get intercepted by the Jax, who Skye now calls Mike because she doesn't belive it's him.
"What do you want." I snap at him, trying to keep the anger from my face.
"The president wants you." He says.
"That's great, tell him I'm busy running around for Kaine, who litterly just left me to do his work. Jax's hand grips my arm, faster than my own enhanced reflexes can dodge him.
"Jax let go." I scold. "I'm not going anywhere."
"He said you would be resistant. I shake off his hand, and take a step back.
"Please Kiera it will be fun.""Fun?" "What have they done to you." Jax has a stupid grin on his face, that reminds me of when we were younger. He zips up behind me faster than light, and grabs me forcing me foward. I resist but he's to strong. He drags me foward by my hands. My claws dig into his skin but he doesn't seem to feel it.
"Jax, please don't do this." He doesn't even give me so much as a glance. He drags me into an elavator and he presses the 1st floor. I've never been on the first floor. I call to Zac in my mind, begging for him to come, but there is no reply. My calm and cool attitude changed when I saw the door. About 20 locks were fastend on the door. I was desprate so I did what a normal human would do. I started begging.
"Jax, please I know you're in there." I knew there was no turning back after I went through that door, just like how Jax would never be the same. He was pretty much dead. At least the real Jax was.
