Chapter 15

Anna's pov://

We just talked about random stuff and laughed until our stomachs hurt. I missed Gwen so much. He's a little ball of happiness making everyone else happy. That's why he's such a great bestfriend.

"Anna it's getting late we should probably go. We have school tomorrow." Hayes said checking his phone.

Sky's mom came and got her a while ago.

"Yeah sadly." I said and stood up.

Hayes hugged Gwen goodbye and then it was my turn.

Gwen's pov://

Anna came to hug me goodbye. I wrapped my arms around her small torso.

"I love you." I whispered.

"I love you too." She whispered back.

Little did she know I didn't mean it as a bestfriend......

Anna's pov://

"I love you." He whispered.

"I love you too." I whispered back and pulled away from our hug.

I walked out holding Hayes's hand and shot a small smile at him and Maddie before we left. Hayes put his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him.

"I'm so- I don't even know. Words can't explain how relieved and happy I am." Hayes said breathing out.

"Me either babe." I yawned.

It's about 9pm and I'm exhausted. We got in the car and started home.

"Do you want to stay over at my house?" I asked.

"Yeah sure." He said keeping his eyes on the road.

I nodded and slowly drifted off to sleep. I felt a strong pair of arms wrap around me and lift me up. I just laid my head on their chest not bothering to see who. I bet it's Hayes.

"Babe. Do you wanna change before you go to bed?" Hayes whispered.

"Yeahhh..." I replied sleepily and he put me down.

I grabbed leggings and a t shirt and changed in the bathroom and washed my face. I walked out seeing Hayes already snuggled up in my bed. I turned the lights off and laid beside him. He put an arm around my waist and pulled me to his bare chest.

"I love you so much." He whispered and kissed my forehead.

"I love you so much Hayes." I whispered back and pecked him on the lips.

I closed my eyes and drifted off into a peaceful sleep.

I woke up to my alarm going off. Ugh. Too early. I carefully crawled out of be not waking Hayes up and went to shower. I showered quickly and blow dried my hair. I got dressed and did my hair and makeup. (⬆️ the box at top)
I'm finally done. I went back into my room and saw Hayes still sleeping. I walked to my bed and sat beside him.

"Hayesssss..... Wake up." I cooed.

"No." He groaned.

"Fine then no waffles for you." I said and stood up.

He shot up instantly. "Waffles! I'm coming. I just gotta get ready." He yelled.

"Okay just borrow some of Cam's clothes he left here." I said and walked downstairs to make waffles.

I made about 10 waffles and poured us both chocolate milk. I grabbed syrup and set everything on he table right as Hayes was coming down with wet hair.

"Thank you for my breakfast." He said as kissed my softly.

I kissed back and we pulled away after a few seconds and ate. He finished way before me.

"I'm gonna go fix my hair! It won't take long!" He yelled and ran upstairs.

Oh I love him. I finally finished and put our dishes in he sink. I walked upstairs and brushed my teeth. I grabbed my phone, put it in my back pocket and I was ready right as Hayes came out.

"Ready?" I asked

"Um almost." He smirked before pinning me against the wall and crashing his lips on mine.

I kissed back. I still feel the fireworks, it's amazing. Our lips moved perfectly together. It been a while since we have actually kissed. We pulled away out of breath and smiled cheekily.

"I love you." I said softly

"I love you so much Anna." He whispered and kissed my forehead.

"We gotta go though." I pouted.

"Ugh fine." He pouted and dragged me downstairs as to his car.

He opened the door for me like a gentleman.

"Why thank you kind sir." I joked.

"Of course m'lady." He bowed and we both laughed.

He shut the door and got in on his side. We started driving and I turned the radio on. Stitches started blasting and we both screamed it at the top of our lungs. By the time it was over, we were at school. It's a really short ride to school from my house. Hayes and I walked into school hand in hand ignoring the stares we got. I went to my locker and he went to his.

"Come on hurry up you take forever!" Hayes whined.

"Oh shut it." I sassed and closed my locker.

"Wonder what we're doing today." He said.

"Ugh. All I know is I hate English." I groaned.

"Retweet." He said.

I laughed at him as we walked into English class. There were most of the people already in there including Brandon. It's weird that Brandon hates Hayes and says he's a nobody but they play football together. Brandon saw us and walked over to us. 'Great' I thought.

"Uh is Gwen okay?" He asked nervously.

"Yes he's doing fine he gets out of the hospital today." Hayes answered.

"Oh that's good thanks." He said and walked away with that, but not without turning around and winking at me.

Hayes looked so furious. He grabbed my waist and pulled me right beside him.

"Hayes it's okay." I whispered.

"Please don't ever leave me. I love you too much." He said looking into my eyes.

"Don't worry. I wouldn't ever. I love you so much." I said and stood on my tip toes and pecked him on the lips.

I looked over at Brandon and he just rolled his eyes and continued talking to his "group." The bell rang and we all sat down. Great lets get this over with.
