"But I love you. Please. Just give it a chance."
"No. We don't need to get anymore attached to eachother when your just going to leave." I said backing away from him.
Is this the right thing to do. I don't want to fall in love anymore than I am. He's just going to leave and leave me broken hearted.
"No. Anna. Don't do this." He said tears brimming his eyes.
A single tear rolled down my cheek as I spoke the words that broke my heart. "I'm sorry but We can't be together anymore."
Anna's pov://
I quickly pushed past him and crawled out the window rushing to my car to leave. I drove a little ways then pulled over on the side of the rode to text Cam.
A- You still at Nash's?
C- Yeah. You coming?
A- Yeah. On my way.
C- Okay be safe love you.
A- I will. Love you too.
I put my phone away and drove to the Grier house. I wiped the tears off my cheeks and got out of my car. I walked in like normal without knocking. I closed the door and saw Hayes sitting in the couch watching TV.
"Back already?" He chuckled and looked at me
"Um yeah." I said dulley.
"Hey what's wrong?" He asked.
"Nothing. Why do you think something's wrong?"
"You have makeup on your cheeks. You were crying." He pointed out and walked over to me.
"That's what I get for wearing makeup." I laughed slightly.
"Come on. Let's go get all that off your face and then we can talk." He said and took my hand taking me to the bathroom.
He got out a rag and wet it and started wiping my cheeks and under my eyes.
"There. Much better." He smiled.
"Thanks." I smiled also.
"Come on. Let's talk in my room." He said and we walked upstairs to his room and sat on his bed.
"So what happened?" He asked.
I explained everything to him and had shed a few tears holding most of them in.
"It's okay. You can cry." He said and pulled me close to him embracing me.
"No thanks. I don't like crying." And we both chuckled.
"I'm sorry it didn't work out." He said after we pulled away.
"It's okay. I mean not everything works out." I sighed and looked down fiddling with my fingers.
"Are you okay?" He asked placing his hand over mine.
