Old times

I woke up and just put on a jacket and jeans and some shoes I didn't even care what I whore at this point. I grabbed my bag and headed outside.
"Whats up big head." Sherita says rolling down the window.
Hey little midget.
"Aye I ain't no midget and what the hell you got on? This bum day or something. I mean even when it is you still look cute."
Lol I didn't feel like getting dressed.
"I can see."
I gotta tell you something.
"What? About you and buddy I'm already hip."
What do you mean?
"About y'all talking yesterday."
Awe nah it's something else.
"Okay what?"
Im leaving with my dad later tonight or tomorrow morning either or.
"Why you leaving?"
I just need to leave.
"Awe so leave me with stupids. I see how you is. Scan."
Lol no I'm not.
"I swear you is."
Im surprised your not mad.
"I am a little bit but I'm not finna stop you. If thats what you want then thats on you."
Well thanks for being supportive.
"Of course and I invited Frank and them up here." She says getting out the car.

"Look there they go." Sherita said pointing.
"Jess." Cuddy says.

"School, work all that good stuff. How you been." He asks.
I been okay. As you can see my clothing.
"Lol right you dressing like a bum." He said looking at me up and down.
Thats what Sherita said to me in the car.
"Come on yall!" Sherita says waving her hands to a store.
"Aye cuddy can I steal her real quick." Buddy says grabbing my arm.
"Yeah unless she dont want to." Cuddy says laughing.
What?
"Nothing I just wanted to talk to you."
I thought you didn't want to talk to me.
"Stop." He says getting upset.
I really don't want to talk to you.
"Why?"
Because I don't know I just don't want to.
"Alright but for real I just wanted to tell you that I'm going to miss you and that I hope you find whatever you looking for with dad and stuff."
Aww your going to miss me thats cute.
"Shut up."

"Me too."

He grabbed me and gave me a hug for like the longest time. The mall was fun and very emotional because Sherita told everybody I was leaving. I wanted to smack her but it was cool. I'm going to miss everybody though. Sherita dropped me off and I finished up packing my stuff. My dad came around like 11. Him and my mom was talking for hours and hours I almost punched both of them in the face. Talk to damn much. Finally we left around like 1 or 2 in the morning.

"Im glad you decided to live with me." My dad looks at with a smile.
Why is that?
"I missed you and I been wanted you to come live with me."
Well I didn't.
"I know I did some pretty bad things back then but that doesn't mean I'm the same person now."
I thought you left because of June.
"June? No...no.. June death was hard on us but that would've never been the reason."

I just took my pillow and curled up by the air plane window and looked at the clouds and went to sleep.

(2 Months Later)
Dad! Were is my shoes! I yell in a panic.
"I don't but you have to go your going to be late."
I put my shoes by the door! I yell frustrated
"Then go check in your room."
I did. God! Have you seen my keys!
"I wish you stop screaming and look." He hands me my car keys.
Bye.
"Bye. Love you."

Its been two months and I cant believe it. Its crazy. I still keep in touch with everybody though. I can actually say I love it down here. Its better down here. Everybody's nice. I haven't gotten into any fights or anything I been doing so much better. Of course I have friends. I meet Jeremy on the first day he's like another Sherita but not gay. Ge she my baby I love her we becoming close. We hang out all the time and Danny he my play brother. They all say I'm super ghetto which I am but who cares I came from the blackest school you can ever think of.

"Girl you late." Ge says moving her bag.
I know Ge my dad fucking moved my shoes and I couldn't find them.
"Danny asked if we could go to the movies after."
Mm sounds fun.
"Excuse me. Do you have a pencil?" A boy leans over and asks me.
Uh yeah here.
"Thank you." He says.
"He was cute." Ge says whispering into my ear.

"So your not going to say something?"
No.
"Excuse me one more thing. Can I have some paper." The boy asks.

"Thank you. Im Trey by the way." He says reaching out for an hand shake.
Im Jessica but you can call me Jess.
"I think I'll call you Jessica."

"What are grade you in?" He asks.
Im a junior. How about you?
"Im a junior too."

"Maybe we can hang out or talk some time."
Yeah. Wait. You wasn't here before. So..
"I just moved with my dad."
Awe okay.
"Ask him." Ge said nudging me.
Ask him what?! I say hitting her back.
"You know." Ge said jerking her head up.
Um. Trey. Im sorry.
"Its cool whats up."
I was.. Ge was wondering if you wanted.
"She was wondering if you wanted to go to the movies today after school." Ge said taking over my sentence.
"Lol yeah that sound cool."
Okay.
"Was it that hard?" Ge said whispering.
Yeah very hard.
"Lol."
*bell rings*
"Here's my number text me sometime."
Okay I will.
"Aye! Look at my bestfriend getting a boys number for a second I thought you were gay! Ahh!"
Gay!? I say slapping my hand on my face.
"Yeah."
She is so crazy I swear the rest of the day was pretty basic went to lunch and turned out that Trey and I had personal fitness together. He just smiled and stared at me the whole time. I couldn't even focus. He was looking at me to much. Ge came over my house to get ready. I had to dress cute so you know me I pulled out my dresses and some Jay's and curled my hair and threw on sum jewelry. I was looking a joint. Ge and them never seen me dress like this because we were uniform through the week so shes gonna be surprised.
