Leah's pov:
Another boring day at school as usual. The day felt like it was going much slower than usual and I couldn't wait to just get home, eat until I couldn't fit any more in my stomach and then sleep.
The only positives about being at school were Aiden and Alexa who kept me entertained. Aiden was being so cute and looking out for me all the time and Alexa was just making classes more fun.
However being at school meant that I had to face Natasha sooner or later. So far I hadn't seen her and I was grateful but I knew it would happen sooner or later.
Currently I was at my locker, getting my books for my next class. Alexa had already beat me to class as I told her I would catch up and Aiden didn't have the same class as us.
A couple of people were still walking to class but other than that there weren't very many people in the hall. I turned my head and saw Natasha rushing over to me. I quickly looked away and closed my locker. I began to walk away before she spoke up.
"Leah please let me explain why I said what I did the other day."
I stopped in my tracks and turned around and glared at her.
"What so you can remind me of how much of a bitch I am?" I asked bitterly.
"Leah it's not like that, I don't think you're a bitch I would never call you that!" She said, with a desperate look on her face.
I laughed but there was no humour in my laugh. "Well you already did."
"Its just Alexa, you have to believe me she drives me crazy! There's just something about her that isn't right I know it! You're my best friend Leah but she's just a best friend stealing, selfish, attention- seeking bitch."
I stepped forward, giving her the deadliest look I could muster.
"Listen Natasha. The only bitch here is you. So go and fix up your shitty attitude and maybe then I'll give you a chance to apologise for all the crap you said to me the other day but for now I want absolutely nothing to do with you."
With that, I turned on my heel and walked away leaving her standing in the hall alone. When I reached class everyone was already seated and the teacher had already begun the lesson. How late am I?
I tried to sneak in while the teacher had her back towards the board but that didn't work because just as I walked in she turned her back and caught me.
"Leah, where have you been?" She asked sternly.
"Dealing with some... Matters," I shrugged.
"And what matters would those be hm?" She asked suspiciously, pushing her glasses down and looking at me from the top of them.
When I didn't answer she sighed. "Take a seat Miss Adams."
I smiled sarcastically at her as I spotted Alexa and took a seat next to her. The teacher began talking and Alexa turned towards me.
"What was that all about?"
"Natasha came and tried to talk me in the hall."
Her eyes widened. "What did she say?"
"She just wanted to explain but I wouldn't let her."
"Leah you don't have to stop being friends with her because of me," she said.
She's such a great friend.
"Oh no I don't wanna be friends with her because of how rude she's been lately, don't worry it's not because of you," I smiled.
