When Ed and Al found me they asked where I was. I told them about why Truth sent me here. How I wasn't here to keep the story on track. I was here to start my life over.
The I told them we had to find their dad.
Ed nearly killed me. If it weren't for Al, I'd be dead.
"What do we need from that bastard?" Ed asked we started for Resembool. We had literally just gotten on the train.
"Because I was told I can end the homocului now if I wanted. We need your dad." I took a deep breath. "Because without your dad, Al doesn't get his body back." I said quickly before I wimped out.
They both gasped.
"Ed you already knew. Why are you gasping?" I asked sweat dropping.
"I get my body back!?" Al asked excited. I nodded.
"Yes." I told him. "Unlike the original, you two stay together." I muttered to myself.
"What was that?" Ed asked.
"Nothing! Just talking to myself." I said quickly. Ed nodded and the rest of train ride was quiet other then me explaining what we needed to do and why.
When we arrived in Resembool, I bolted for the cemetery. Aha! There he is! He stood with his back to me staring at a grave. His wife and Ed and Al's mother.
I ran up to him.
"Are you by any chance Van Hoenhiem?" I asked. He turned around from his wife's grave.
"Yes. Is there a reason?" He asked. I nodded and grabbed his arm.
"Yup. Let's go!" I pulled on him but he didn't move.
"Anna!" Al called. "You can't run like that!" They both came into the cemetery. Ed growled and clenched his hands into fists.
"No! Bad Ed!" I told him as I ignored Al. "Let's go Hoenhiem!" I pulled on his arm again but he didn't budge.
"What's going on?" He asked Al and Ed. Ed snapped and ran at him. He punched his father in the jaw and sent him flying across the graveyard.
"Edward!" I yelled at him. He dusted his hands off.
"I feel better now." He said with a smile. I did the same thing he did to his dad to him and he landed next to the older blond.
"Bad! You can't kill him! You can't even hit him! Don't do that again or," I paused and cracked my knuckles while my eyes turned a glowing redirect Al's. "You're not gonna be able to walk again!" I threatened. Ed nodded and stood up. I helped his dad up.
"Hey dad." Al said with a slight wave.
"Alphonse. You've grown."
"Can we please just get back to central? We need to kick some guys ass!" I cried as I pushed their dad out of the cemetery.
"What are you talking about?" He asked confused and moved to the side making me fall face first into the dirt road.
"Please just come with us! It's important!" I said standing up with dirt on my sweater. I wiped it off and gave him a determined look.
"I don't know what's going on..." He said confused. I groaned.
"Okay, quick explanation. There's a guy named Father who control the homocului and we need to beat his ass into the ground before he gets too strong and tries to use Amestris to make a philosophers stone so he can become this 'god' or whatever and if we don't stop him before that everyone is gonna die and I can't let that happen!" I said in one breath. "That was a mouthful." I said grabbing his arm again. "Got it? Great! Let's go!" I started pulling him along the dirt road.
"What do you mean the philosophers stone?" He asked.
"This Father who, by the way is a motherdick, wants to use the country for a powerful stone and if he succeeds were royally screwed!"
"Is this happening soon?"
"Yes! We have to kill him before he succeeds! He's not there yet but, we gotta stop him before he does get there!"
"I'm sorry I can't help you." Hoenhiem said calmly turning around after pulling out of my grip.
"You jerkass! The whole country is gonna die if you don't help!" He stopped and turned again. "Don't you see!? The country is dead without you helping! And your son won't get the body he deserves back!" I yelled. I clapped my hands and touched the ground.
A column of rock rose me to his height and I looked into his golden eyes with my poison green ones.
"You need to come with us or everyone's gonna die! And it won't just be your fault, it will be mine as well because I didn't try hard enough to get you to come!" I yelled getting closer to his face each time.
The golden haired man sighed and took a step back.
"If it's that important, I will help." He told me.
"Nice to see I didn't have to use a body bag." I said jumping from the column.
"You wouldn't do that." Hoenhiem said. I turned to him with evil in my eyes.
"Try me." I said grinning evilly. He didn't make any moments and kept his face straight. Ed was cowering behind Al who shook with fear.
"Alright." Hoenhiem said deathly calm. My evil smile turned it a happy one.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I said hugging him. I realized what I was doing and let him go. I cleared my throat. "I apologize I didn't know where that came from." I said calmly. He nodded.
"Yeah. Okay, Anna, are you alright?" Ed asked paring out from behind Al. I nodded.
"Why wouldn't I be?" I said looking at him. I turned back to Hoenhiem. "Let's go." He nodded again.
"Okay. Next we need Mustang and... dammit! Who else was it!?" I asked myself in a yelling whisper. I snapped my fingers. "Dr. Marcoh! I think there was one more... Ed. Al. Mustang. Marcoh. And... Hmm..." I scratched my head as we headed for the train station.
"What is she thinking about?" I heard Ed whisper to Al.
"I'm not sure Brother. She said our names though."
"I'm wonder what she's-" I cut him off.
"Would you shut up! I'm trying to think!" I screeched. Ed jumped and latched onto Al's metal arm and hugged it with his arms and legs. Anime tears fell down his face.
"Ed. Al. Mustang. Marcoh. I know there's supposed to be a fifth. But, who is it..?" I asked myself as I placed a finger on my chin and closed my eyes for a brief second.
"Hey Ed?" I asked the still frightened blond. He peered out from behind Al.
"Yeah?" He asked; his voice shaking.
"Did the homocului say anything about me at all? Like I was needed for something?" He nodded frantically. "Well, what is it?" I asked.
"They said they needed your blood." Oh great...
"Oh great..." I said out loud. "It had to be me." I sighed and rubbed my face.
I was the final sacrifice. If they needed my blood, they need me.
Yup. Defiantly the final sacrifice.
Unless there's another one I'm forgetting...
