"Owen,wake up," I slowly rub his shoulder. His eyes slowly open.
"Hey," he weakly smiles.
"Who's this?" He asks looking at the baby I'm holding.
"I think we should adopt her," I sheepishly say. Owens eyes widened.
"I'm sorry I know we've been through a lot-"
"No,I want her,I just didn't know if you were ready," Owen smiles. I hug him.
"I need to go I'll be back,there's so much to do," I stand up.

2 months later:
Our new house is massive. It's something a princess would live in. The furniture is fancy. I would prefer a small house,but this place is better. I hold onto Maggie as I walk up the grand stair case. I place her in her crib where she wakes for a moment but drifts back off. Owen will be home in a few hours. I hate how quiet the house is. I'm all alone in the mansion. Owen says that no one would enter a neighbor hood like this to do harm,the guards would stop them. I still fear it though. And soon I was about to be right.
