At school, nobody bothered to hide the fact that they were talking about Emma. Everyone knew about the accident. Regina came walking up to Emma and she buried her head in Killian's shoulder, but instead of relaxing, he tensed up.

"You know Emma, I bet your parents just didn't want to spend any time with you anymore. I mean who wouldn't? You're weird. I bet it wasn't an accident." Regina said.

"They loved me. It was an accident so why don't you shut up because you don't know anything about it. I am not in the mood for your bullshit right now." Emma said.

Regina just smirked and looked up at Killian. His eyes had more rage in them then Emma. "Wow Killian. Staying with her? She should just go to jail with her ex. Everyone knows that she killed her parents."

"I did not! I was home all night!"

"Got any proof?"

"Yea she does. She was at her house with me." Killian said.

"Did you have sex? Just remember, sluts don't get pregnant." Regina laughed.

"I'm not planning on it. Not until I'm married, unlike you plan to do." She backed away, gave her a wink then went to her next class. Killian ran after her.

She was the first person in the room. There were still two minutes before anyone had to be there so they had time. No one in the school cared about being on time except for Emma. She sat in her seat in the back and Killian sat next to her.

"What the bloody hell was that?" He asked.

"I don't know. Confidence?" Emma said.

"Well it's brilliant. I liked it. Not that I don't like you how you are now, I love you," He was going to say more but cut himself off. "Killian shut up."

Emma laughed and kids started piling in. The teacher talked about boring things that she didn't pay attention to. A note passed over to her desk. She looked over and Killian was looking at the board intently. Could it have been from him?

'This is going to be fun...'

What the hell did that mean? She shoved the note in her pocket and waited for the long school day to be over. When she got home, she was reminded of the packing she had to do. She went into her parents' bedroom and laid down in the center of the bed. She looked at all of the pictures on the wall. There were ones of her when she was little, pictures of them together, and one of her favorites. A picture of them all in front of the beach. The sound of Ruby's, Killian's, and Robin's voices were heard downstairs. She got up and went to greet them.

"So Ems, Granny said that you could have a room and a job, but there isn't enough room for all of this stuff. We are going to have to get rid of the stuff you don't need." Ruby said.

"Where to go first then." Emma said.

"Why don't we pack up your bedroom stuff and bathroom stuff, then take it to your room. The rest we will put in storage for when you go to college and when you move into your house afterwards." Robin said.

Everyone nodded and went to work. Five hours later, the house was complete. Robin and Killian were making trips back and forth from Emma's house to her new room, and Emma and Ruby were sitting on the floor talking. All of a sudden the lights went out. Emma looked around and noticed that her neighbors' lights were still on though.

"Maybe the power company shut it off." Ruby said.

"No I called them and told them that I was moving out, and they gave me a month to do so, then it would become like a normal unsold house. I think somebody cut the power." Emma explained.

"Well we should get out of here and find out before we freeze to death."

They stood up and got into Emma's car. They drove down to Granny's Bed and Breakfast and saw Killian's car out front. They went upstairs and into her room, and saw everything in place. Her bed was made with her sheets and blankets. Her posters and picture frames were hung up on the walls. It looked just like her bedroom. She walked in with her jaw to the floor. Ruby looked the same way. Robin and Killian were sitting on her couch.

"Well took you long enough." Robin said.

"You two idiots did this?" Ruby asked.

"Don't act like you aren't surprised." Killian said.

"This is amazing!" Emma exclaimed giving them both hugs. "Thank you so much."

"You're welcome Swan." Killian said.

Later that night, Ruby and Robin went home and Killian stayed with Emma. He was dosing off when her phone buzzed with a new email notification. She picked it up and read it.

Emma,

I know that you moved. It's just a matter of time until I find out where you went. You can't hide from me or my 'puppet.'
Neal

"Killian look." Emma said handing him her phone.

He jolted awake and read it. "This guy is done. All we have to do is tell them about this guys threats and then we have to find his puppet."

"It's easier said than done."

To prove a point, Killian picked up his phone and called the state prison. He talked for awhile before getting the answer he wanted. He hung up and told Emma what was going to happen. "Your ex boyfriend is no longer going to be able to get in touch with you ever again."

"I almost believe that, but I don't. There is always a way with him. Whether it will be for a few days, weeks, or years. He will always be back. They only place that I will be free of him, is whenever one of us is dead."

Killian didn't know what to say. He didn't know wether to believe her or not. For now, Neal better keep his mouth shut. "What do you mean I? I will be with you. You will never be alone when it comes to him." That was all he could manage to come up with.

"Because I know how all of this will go Killian." Tears began to pool in her eyes. "You say things and make promises that you can't keep, or one day I will fuck up so bad that you won't forgive me." Killian began shaking his head. "Or you will stop loving me and break my heart."

"No! No that won't happen! I promise you Emma Swan that no matter what happens. I will never stop loving you or break your heart."

"See another promise that will break!-" She was going to say more but he cut her off.

"I won't break it. I'm telling you that we will go to college together, and afterwards, we will start our lives together. Okay?" He placed his fingers under her chin.

"Okay. Okay Killian Jones, but you better not break your promise. I love you."

He smiled. "I love you too."

Sorry for the late update. Happy once day and wow. That episode! I won't give any spoilers incase some of you haven't watched it, buuuuuut remember to watch it live on Sundays so we don't lose our favorite show!!!
