There is a house that sits at the end of a quiet street, it has light blue siding, a brown roof and white door and window frames. It sits in a nice American neighborhood and small town. But although this might seem like a boring place it really isn't once you scratch the surface. This town is home to a school where students from all over Europe come to study and share a diverse experience along with an education. Today a new arrival is getting ready to start school at this new place. He was just accepted into the country and is getting settled with his new family, he had been in the process of transferring here while still in Finland but it had been stalled because his parents had died in a violent car crash. He had almost given up the hope that he would be accepted because he had no parents to now approve his papers and grief had made him a wreak. But a last minute arrangement had been found for the young man. A boarding house filled with others that their parents didn't have the means of accompanying their children to America for their studies or to make arrangements. This blue house held a group of students from the Nordic parts of Europe. All of them boys and most spoke English fluently, all of them except the one boy from Finland.

Five Nordic boys lived here with a school chaperon. She was to act as their den mother and spoke the same languages as the boys so as to help them understand their studies more. Her name was Miss Green and she was truly a sweet woman, her age giving her a sense of patience and joy when it came to the children she helped grow in knowledge. Although the students she helped were in high school it gave her joy to see anyone she helped succeed. The school considered her a god sent. Most of the previous den mothers had not dare go near the house, this was after they had seen some of their records from elementary school. Some were trouble makers and some habits still fallowed them to this day.

There was Mathias a boy who had come from Denmark. He had sky blue eyes and light blonde hair that he spiked so that they appeared to defy gravity, in a way he had trained his hair that it didn't really need hair gel to stay that way anymore but that didn't stop him from going through bottles like they were nothing at all.

Lukas and Bernard two brothers from Norway. Lukas had light blonde hair, purplish eyes and was older by a year or so. Bernard had light blonde hair like his older brother but his had a silvery tint that almost looked white in sunlight and the same purplish eyes as his brother. They also hated each other with a passion, they had different fathers. Lukas had been born to the mother they shared but when he had been born she had been loyal to her husband. But she had an affair with her French boss when in Paris and had become pregnant with Bernard. This had caused a divorce between the married couple and Lukas' world had been shattered. Bernard knew that he should have never been born and it was a sensitive topic for him and it was a common conflict started between the two. Lukas tried to get Bernard to feel like part of the family but he didn't feel like he was so he never once called Lukas his brother, not even when they were little, Lukas on the other hand had always called Bernard 'little brother' but this usually caused an argument to soon fallow.

There was Gunnar, a boy from Sweden and even if him and the other three boys were friends he still kept his distance. He had a mysterious sense to him and at the same time a scary one. No one at school dared to messed with him because of how tall he was and girls tried to hit on him but he just ignored them. He wore glasses because of bad eyesight, his hair bright blonde and icy blue eyes made his gaze menacing to all who he looked at. Even teachers thought that this giant of a student was a fearful sight to see. He was slim and worked hard for good grades in class but he was quiet and rarely talked during the courses. He seemed to have secrets to hide and a reason to keep them hidden from the other teenagers at school.

Then their was a Finnish boy by the name of Tino. Miss Green was currently in the process of teaching him English and to say the least he was having trouble. He could understand bits and pieces of English but he couldn't really give a good answer back.  This is why Tino wouldn't being attending his classes for a little while longer. He spent his time with Miss Green and learned the new language along with more about the country he now called home.
