It wasn't until the sun was setting that they reached the wall of a inner city of human life safely tucked away behind closed walls. Towering concrete walls rose high above them, look out towers and men inside looked down upon them.

"Who are you and why are you so close to the walls?" Asked a voice from above. Mathias yelled over the sound of his engine.

"We need medical help, our friend... Our friend's not doing well." He said as the lookout was quiet for a moment.

"A team will inspect you all, they'll see if were able to help you, if you don't meet our standards you'll be forced to leave and search elsewhere." They yelled back as the doors soon afterwards opened. A blast of steam and then a team of people dressed from head to toe in white protective suits came out in a military like order. The boys shut off their bikes as they then stood up. The team inspected them and then they seemed a bit curious as to which one of them was in trouble. But Gunnar quickly pointed them over to the side car. They then went over and looked Tino over after they lifted the blanket and jacket that he had been shielding himself with.

The team nodded to each other.

"You've cleared the standards we have, we will lead you to one of our medical centers for treatment." One of them said as the boys fallowed them, being assured that nothing would happen to their bikes while they were inside. The boys fallowed, Gunnar carrying his brother in his arms as Mathias lead them.

The walked into a high tech hospital and a gurney was brought over to the three of them. The hospital noises could only become more like an echo as Tino opened his eyes. The voices of his brothers were clear and as Gunnar went to put him down their voices faded and the hospital became overwhelming.

"No!" Tino yelled as he hit the gurney.

His eyes started to open slowly as he heard noises of machines and ventilator around him, someone speaking down the hall and sirens in the far distance.

A doctor and a few nurses walked in. About to call time of death but they were shocked when they saw the boy move. His hand that was laying flat clenched into a fist.

"Doctor, wait..." A nurse said as he looked up at her and then she pointed to the boy in the bed.

"I think he's waking up..." Another said as they watched his eyes twitch and then flutter open. He looked around as he took a deep breath and coughed, choking on the tube in his throat at the moment. The nurse pushed him back down on the bed as the doctor then worked to remove it. Strings of spit came out with it, distaste on his face as his face was now red.

"Aren't you just a miracle, sleepy head." A nurse said as the doctor checked his eyes and vitals. He came to the conclusion that Tino was alright, his coma had passed. A breathing tube was stringed around his head now and rested in his nostrils. The nurses alerted the family and one by one someone arrived at the hospital.

They stayed in the hallway for a while before a brave member of his family walked in and saw him, tears in her eyes. An old woman walked in a few feet and smiled at the boy as tears started to stream down her face.

"Grandma?... Grandma Cooper, is that you?" He asked as she smiled brightly as she nodded, silent tears still dripping down her face.

"All of you, come in already... Our boy's awake at last." She said as she walked up to his bed and gave him a hug. Tino held onto her tightly as he caught her scent, herbs and cookies. That's when he smiled, remembering more about her than the name he had said without knowing much more.

When she let him go he saw another old woman walk in.

"Nana Green?" He asked as she smiled and walked over to him. People fallowing her as well.
