Tino stirred as he heard the voices again. He felt a light, something not from here. A cold sweat taking him over. Why did this happen so offend? It felt as if every time Tino went to sleep that he found himself hearing these voices, having this sense of fear.

A fear in which his brother wasn't beside him, that he wasn't real that nothing was real that it was all a dream... Tino hated sleep, but everyone told him he needed it. Which he wasn't going to lie to himself, he did need sleep to function. So that his mind wasn't a mess. So that his sickness would hopefully improve and that maybe he could get stronger? That last part seemed like a long shot but he could dream even in a dream that seemed more like nightmare.

He woke up with Kelly and Gunnar standing over him, Chase and a few other gang members in the doorway. He was paler than before, his skin covered with a cold sweat and shivers ran through his body.

"Tino... Honey, you should have told us. You're really sick, hon..." She said in a soothing voice as she brought a hand to his burning cheek. Mathias appeared in the doorway with a worried look on his face. Tino could see their worry.

"No... I'm fine, I feel fine... I promise." He said as he tried to sit up, his arms giving way from under him as he tried to push himself up. Gunnar eyes were watering as a feeling seemed to be a shared one in the room and in the bar. Tino may have been on his last bike trip with the gang.

"...Mom . . . Mom, can't we find something to make him better again?" Mathias asked as she looked him over.

"A hospital with medication that isn't past date yet... The inner walls would have something simple to give him and he would be on his feet in an hour... In our condition on the out-lands... Well it would take months to find something or someone to help us. I'm not sure we'd have that much chance or luck in the matter." She said as there was a sorrow that filled the room. Then someone spoke.

"How does one get into the inner walls?" Gunnar asked as he was now showing a stoic face.

"You need to look like one... To be honest though, I think you three boys would get in with little hassle. Blue eyes, blond hair... That's what the inner walls want. Anyone else can't get in, we'd get terminated... You would be able to go in and hopefully get out in a few hours. People of the inner walls can leave when they want but they don't just because they think that the out-lands are dangerous. They are but they think we'd kill and rob them. . . The robbing is probably true but they can always go back and get more things from the inner walls. We can't." Kelly said as Chase looked over at Gunnar.

"You take my bike if you're thinking about bringing him all the way back to an inner wall city." Chase said as the three boys looked at him.

"But Chase--" Gunnar started as he put his hand up, telling them to keep quiet.

"My ride is the only one that has a side car... You need to move him, he'll fall off the back of the bike and he won't do much better in the front if he can't stay awake." Chase said as they stayed silent, agreeing with his statements.

"So you put him in the side car, you three boys ride off, we'll stick around for a few days and when you come back, if by some chance we left, we'll head south, fallow the south roads and towns leading away. We'll find each other again, promise." Chase said as Kelly got to her feet.

"You boys will leave this morning, the sun is coming up in a little while. I'll get the thinks in order. Gunnar, Mathias you two help Tino to Chase's bike." Kelly said as her gang quickly stepped out of her way. No one said a word about it. Even if some had objections about her actions about helping this skinny little kid who would have meant nothing in worth to many of them.
