The fallowing day Tino and Gunnar were left alone again, the rest of the family had gotten up early to go to church and help out with a community garage sale. This gave the two of them little to do, Gunnar wasn't allowed to leave and Tino had to stay in Gunnar sights. For most of the day they sat outside in front of the apartment. Tino read a book while Gunnar sat there and stared at the road. Then something caught his eye, the gang was walking out in the street, his eye caught Frank and Dallas.

Gunnar sprang to his feet with a smirk as he ran over to the brick fence and waved them down. Tino looked up from his book to see Gunnar talking with some people, he wheeled himself over but when he got there he noticed that he still couldn't see them. Being in his chair made him shorter than the wall and for that reason blocked his vision.

The group laughed and Gunnar looked down beside him when he saw two hands reach up and hold onto to the stone ledge.

"You got a friend down there Gun?" Frank asked as he held a small boy in his arms.

"Hold on a minute, hold still or you'll fall again. I'm gonna put ya on the wall ledge." Gunnar told him as he disappeared behind the wall for a minute. The gang heard a scared noise before they saw Gunnar stand back up.

"Please don't drop me..." Tino pleaded as his friend sat him down on the wall, he sat there saddle side and held onto the ledge as so he wouldn't fall off.

"This is Tino, he's Chase's kid, were looking after him until he comes home." Gunnar said as Tino waved to them.

"I didn't know that Chase had a kid, hey kid, who'd your dad knock up?" Dallas asked as Tino sat there for a minute before he answered.

"Chase adopted me... All I know about my mom was that she had me when she was a teenager..." Tino answered shyly.

"Oh, never mind then, sorry." Dallas said as tried to make a recovery from his question.

"Anyways, Gunnar are you and Chase going to get him to be one of us one day?" Kenny asked as he smiled at the two of them.

"Yeah, we could use some fresh faces, these guys are starting to get annoying." Dallas said with a chuckle as he motioned to the guys behind him.

Tino looked over at Gunnar as chuckled.

"Sorry Dallas, I don't think Tino is going to be much help on the streets." Gunnar said as they looked at him, trying to figure out why.

"He looks like he'd be fine, we'd just have to teach him a few things." Someone pointed out.

Gunnar gave Tino a look and Tino knew what he wanted to do, he knew it wouldn't hurt him but still the thought made him worry a bit.

"Can I show them, why?" Gunnar asked as his smaller friend gave him a nod.

"Just don't make it bad or else you'll get in trouble again..." Tino warned him as Gunnar nodded.

Gunnar reached down behind the wall and held up the wheelchair enough for them to see it.

"The kid can't feel anything from the waist down, he can't walk anymore." Gunnar said as the realized that Gunnar was right, Tino wouldn't be much help to them.

"That's why I put him up there, when he's in his chair he can't see over this thing. " Gunnar said.

"Then why not come on this side, stupid." Dallas said jokingly was he grabbed Gunnar and held him in a head lock as he rubbed his knuckles into his skull.

"Grounded, that's why." Tino told them as Dallas said as Gunnar gave him a glare.

"You're not suppose to tell people that, manly because you're the reason I got grounded... For the most part." Gunnar said with a chuckle as Tino stuck his tongue out at him, which caused Gunnar to push him back a bit but not hard enough to actually make him fall off the wall.
