"Rainbow!!".
Rainbow rolled her eyes. She turned around. Her father stood there, arms crossed.
"Yeah??", she said.
"I saw your report card".
Rainbow's eyes widened.
"You did??".
The man nodded. "Follow me young lady".
Rainbow didn't say anything as she followed him downstairs. They walked into the kitchen. There was a paper on the kitchen counter. Her father picked it up and showed it to her.
"You're almost failing two classes", her dad said. "What the hell??".
Rainbow shrugged. It wasn't her fault. Those classes are hard. Plus she couldn't stay after school because of soccer.
"Lightning??".
Rainbow turned around. Her mom walked in. Rainbow smiled. She walked up to her mom and gave her a hug. Rainbow loved her mother more than anyone in the world.
"Oh stop it", Rainbow heard her father scoff.
She turned around. "Um. Can I not hug my own mom??".
Eden looked at her husband.
"I heard you curse. What have I told you about that??. I don't want Rainbow Dash to grow up with bad language like that".
The man rolled his eyes. He held up the report card.
"Look at her grades", he said.
Eden walked over to him. She took the paper and looked over the content.
"Rainbow. Two low C's??. What's going on with that??".
Eden looked at her daughter. Rainbow shrugged. "My bad. Those classes are hard. It's so hard to pay attention and the teachers so boring. I can't concentrate".
Eden sighed. "Rainbow-".
"No", Lightning accused. "She's just being stupid".
Eden's mouth fell open. He turned and looked at him.
"Is that what you think of me??", Rainbow asked. "Stupid??. Because last time I checked, I'm the one in school and you're not".
"Don't you talk to me like that!!", Lightning barked.
"Why??", Rainbow snapped back. "You do it all the time to me. I'm sick of your attitude".
"You better shut the fuck up!!".
"See??!!", Rainbow exclaimed smilimg. "You're no better than I am. Who are you telling to shut up mister pottymouth??".
"You little bitch!!".
"Go to hell!!".
Eden looked at her daughter in shock.
"Rainbow Dash!!. That is it. You're grounded".
Rainbow looked at her mom.
"What??. He started it. He cursed at me. That's a bad example to me. Punish him too!!".
"Oh trust me", Eden said. "I will handle it. Go to your room. You're grounded for a week. Give me your phone".
Rainbow looked at her in shock.
She sighed. She handed over her phone. Eden put it in her pocket.
"Now. Go to your room".
"Yes mama", Rainbow said turning around.
"Yeah", she heard her father say. "Go to your room. Little brat".
