|| Okay, first of all I'd like to apologize for the time it took me to actually update. I feel like all I've been doing every time I publish a chapter is apologize for not posting anything. I'm sorry I was literally so out of ideas and motivation but today I forced myself to finish this chapter and I'm so sad to announce that the next one it's the last. It's been quite a journey that I've definitely enjoyed.

Let's hope I'm able to update the last chapter soon and not in a couple of months lol Once again, Sorry for the delay.

Love you. ||

''I want you to come with me to Nashville. I've booked a flight for us tomorrow.'' He suddenly blurted out.

''Wait what?''

Luke sighed loudly, almost like losing patience. ''What you heard, Spencer. I know it's unexpected but I want you to reconnect with who you were before and see your family. You have no idea how worried they were when you went missing and how crushed they were when they found out they'd lost yo-''

''Okay stop.'' I pleaded. ''I'm not ready.'' I replied sadly. He half smiled, showing me his dimples.

''I don't think you'll ever be but there's strength in you and I'll be by your side every step of the way.'' Blue dreamy eyes assured me. I couldn't help but smile even though I was mad at him for being this impulsive.

I woke up next to a blonde haired boy. He was in deep sleep, his hair was messy. I smiled and got up, grabbing a sweater on my way out. The day wasn't that cold and I could sense spring slowly arriving. A few rays of sun appeared once in a while through the clouds. I grabbed my mug and filled it with coffee as millions of thoughts were filling every inch of my brain.

I couldn't say i wasn't shocked about Luke's proposal or that I wasn't slightly excited about seeing the rest of my family because I was... a little. But I just couldn't gather myself together and actually picture that happening. I've tried so hard to be a new and better person, to stay away from who I was before and the thought of just going back to the people who hurted me in the past was hella scary. I forgave them, I really did and I've left that behind, moved on, turned the page, whatever. I did that, I was different but at the same time I couldn't let Luke down, I couldn't after all I've been putting him through. Although I know it wasn't my fault I couldn't help but feel like I owed him this and agreeing to go back to my family was a way to make it up for all the pain.

''Hey'' I didn't even noticed that Luke was heading my way. He kissed my neck and grabbed some coffee. ''What are you thinking of?'' He asked curious.

''Nothing really important.'' I replied shortly.

''Liar'' He teased, giving me his charming smile. ''I know you're worried about it but it'll be easy and you'll be happy... actually everybody will be happy''

''How do you know that? How do you know they'll forgive me after everything I've done to them?'' I quietly asked him, not really wanting to know the answer to that.

''Well if that happens, you'll still have me on your side. Hope that's enough'' Luke assured me, giving me another peck on the lips.

''It is enough.''

''Okay, now we should go get ready. Pack your things'' Luke said.

After a couple of hours we were both ready to leave. I called Peter and Alena and said goodbye. I know it's not the nicest decision to say goodbye over the phone but I couldn't see their faces and act as if we'd see each other again in a future. Deeply in my heart I wanted it to happen but destiny only knows if we are meant to meet again.
