Chapter 23

*Ghost's Pov*

I said bye to everybody as I went out again for the 2nd time that day. Nycole had never come down from her room and I was getting worried. When the others said I paused in the middle of my story, I just hope nothing serious happened. I walked around back to the garage shed we had and opened it. After several minutes I had found my bike. I closed and locked it up and rode off to town.

I rounded a corner and almost ran over somebody. It was the girl from earlier! She had on denim shorts and an orange tank top. Her hair was brown with blonde tips. Her belt had a pistol and a kinfe but it was well hidden. Her eyes where bright green and a light grey bow sat on top of her head, and they twiched sometimes which I thought was very odd. "Oh man! Are you okay! I am sorry that I almost ran over you!"

"Oh! No worries dude, your fine." She said casually. "This is nothing compared to what I usally get myself into."

"Alright, if your sure your fine." I got back on my bike but she tugged my arm.

"Hey, don't I know you from somewhere?"

"Yeah I think you bought me coffee?"

"Yeah! Its you! I forgot to introduce myself earlier, my name is Lyric."

"I'm Johnny Ghost, Paranormal Investagator Extrdonair, I work with P.I.E."

"Nice to meet ya Johnny! Wanna go get some food?" My insides flipped out and a pain was starting to come back but I forced myself to remain natural.

"I...can go for a bite I guess." I leaned more on my bike and against the building to my right.

"Great!" Replied Lyric, "Can I meet you back at the coffee shop from earlier?"

"Yeah and I gotta run home real quick too, see you later." I said, I got on my bike once again and rode as fast as I could home.

I arrived there pretty soon but went around back to the shed and put my bike down and slumped against the side that couldn't be seen from the house. I felt like I was going to throw up. I started coughing a bunch and I coughed up some blood too. The blood was black. I touched it but it became solid and it hurt a lot,a pain was forcing my body to shut down.

A laugh sounded from my own mouth, one that I never wanted to hear again. It grew louder and louder, I clapped my hands over my mouth. A pain shot throughout my back, burning away my insides, I fell to the ground, a ripping sound came from my back and blood went everywhere, black blood, a person once again came out of me.

I looked around but nobody was near me or could here me shout. I shouted out but nobody heared me, or at least I thought no one did. The figure bent down he was still connected to me from my back, I knew that for sure. Surrounded by swirling blackness he bent down and put his hands on my arms keeping me pinned to the ground. He laughed again, his eyes where red and his smile devilish.

"There is no Nycole or Toast to save you now. I will consume you and I will never give up, best to remeber those words now as I do my...magic." He said and laughed again. He dug his fingers into my arms dreeper letting blood oze out.

"S-stop it." I said quietly, it took lots of energy to say anything as he had weakened me and from loss of blood.

He snickered, "Why would I do that? I just can't let all of this good, fresh blood go to waste now can I?" He laughed once more and reached behind him and brought out a knife and plunged it towards me. But it was snached out of his hands and tossed out of reached. He was still connected to me. It was growing dark outside and it started to became hard to see.

"Who's there?!" He called out but no answer came. Instead a huge lynx came out of the shadows of the trees. Its muscles rippled underneath its pelt. It let out a snarl and raked its massive claws across the figures face. He shreaked in pain, black blood ran down his face and onto me.

He slowly began to receded back inside me, it was painful and I clenched my fists together. The figure was gone and so was the lynx. I lay there stunned and drifted off into unconsciousness.

Jimmy was back and his soul goal was to comsume my soul and body and get rid of me forever. And he would never give up untill he did.
