As the salty air flows through my hair I start taking off my shirt and jeans. ' I totally need a brake from all the bullsh*t in my life'. It was freezing cold 'probably because it's fall Alicia' I take a deep breath and jump off the pier. The waves were crashing down on me. 'Why'd I jump' I gasp for air as the waves bring me back down. ' if I make it alive Michael, everyone's going to hate me they'll think I tried to kill myself ' I try to push up and catch my breath but the wave brings me back down.
I try hard to push up but nothing happens and I can't breath until I fell someone grab my hand I open my my eyes to find Luke trying to push us back to shore. I finally realize what's actually happening and start paddling until we're finally ashore.
"what just happened" I asked Luke. He just sat there silent "Luke are you alright" he doesn't say any thing but grabs his shirt off the sand and hands it to me "here" he barley said. " I better go Luke promise me you won't tell anyone about what happened I didn't want to drown and I wasn't trying to kill myself I was just well trying to escape I guess I just needed a break" I say looking into his eyes "but thank you for Saving me I'll make it up to you just ask and I'll do it well it has to be reasonable but yea" I say grabbing my things.
