Jerome was devastated. He knew she wouldn’t come back ever again, something  told him that. And his feelings were about to come true. Alfie came into the room and looked at him. He was laying on bed, looking at the roof. Didn’t say a word when seeing Alfie coming inside. He kept looking at the roof.

Alfie: Are you any better?

Jerome kept in silence, reflexing.  Alfie sat down on his bed. He took his laptop out, and tried to find something about Fabian. Being the only male Sibuna, apart from Eddie, he felt like he had to help more on the case. Just like Fabian would.

Jerome: Would you go with your tap-tapping somewhere else?

Alfie: No need to be rude man.

Alfie took his things and went into the living room, where he thought, he’d have more peace. When reaching there, Patricia and Eddie were having a date. He rolled eyes and went into the kitchen, where Willow was helping Trudy cook what it seemed muffins. He smiled at Willow, but went back again into the hallway. He looked upstairs into Victor’s office, and all he could see was the key to the attic. After all, all he needed was peace. He went upstairs, and carefully took the keys. He opened the door to the attic, and went upstairs again, closing the door after him. At that time of the day, the sun rays were lighting the room. He felt in peace, finally. He sat down on an old couch, and continued researching. Just when he was about to start digging into it, something fell from one of the ledges. He rolled eyes again.

Alfie: Now I can’t even have peace over here? C’mon House.

The truth is that Alfie, after everything that happened, was more brave. He wasn’t as afraid as he was before. The attic was just another room of the house for him. He stood up and went to pick up the things that fell, when Maddy appeared in the room. He turned back and yelled when seeing her.

Alfie: I didn’t saw you were there.

Maddy: Oh I’m sorry, did I scared you? I just wanted to rest a bit.

Alfie: I completely forgot this was now your bedroom. Sorry about that.

Maddy: It’s okay, you can hang out here if you want to. I’ll go... help Trudy.

She seemed pretty nervous about him being there, but he thought it was just him.

Alfie: Thanks... I’ll see you later.

Maddy went downstairs, as Alfie put the things on the ledge.

Alfie: Wait, didn’t I locked the door after me?

He went downstairs to the door. It was locked. He thought it was strange, but headed back into the attic. When coming in, he noticed something he hadn’t before. The sun rays were lighting up what seemed a box. The thing about this box is that it was apart from other boxes. He felt something important was on there, and went to take a look.  It was an old, dirty box.

Alfie: Now this is curious… How can I open it?

He looked for the locket shape, but didn’t find anything like it. He then, used his force. Nothing. He remembered seeing a key on the things that fell from the ledge. He went to the ledge and looked for the key. He took it and went into the box. He carefully placed the key and opened it.

Alfie: What do we have here…?

-----------------------------------------------------

Eddie: Yacker, I told you. Hamburguers are way better than hotdogs.

Patricia: What about pizza?

Eddie: Can't argue with that.

Eddie and Patricia were having a nice time together. It was long time since they didn’t had a date.
