Chapter 8

30 minutes later

For the past half hour or so the boys have been eating. They claimed to be starving, so they decided to eat before we even started playing. During this time Yoandri had told me their names and a bit about them.

Johann was the tall one. He was light skinned with brown eyes. His short brown hair was currently a mess on the top of his head. He was loud and laughed at everything anybody would say. Yoandri said that Johann was the oldest out of all of us, it didn't seem like it. Only 23, but he acted just like a child at times.

Richard was the one with the baby face. He had shiny brown eyes almost black. His hair was my favorite thing about him though. His hair could make any girl jealous. It was really curly and it was currently lose on his head. According to Yoandri, Richard is always breaking girls hearts. He doesn't do it on purpose, it just happens. I still don't understand how?

Last but not least is Joshua. In my opinion, Joshua is a walking mystery. Joshua is slightly taller than Yoandri, but both of them are taller than me. Joshua has puppy brown eyes. Those eyes look like they're hiding something. Joshua has that long hair slick back, white t-shirt and it's funny because he could fit Taylor's description.

Joshua and Richard were both 22. While Yoandri and I are only 20. So was Joel, the back of my head adds, but I push those thoughts away for Yoandri's sake.

I had already finished eating the nachos that Yoandri had bought me. It was the first meal I have had in three days. Yoandri made me eat them. He kept rambling about how bad it is to skip meals, so I ate them just so he could shut up.

"I have to use the bathroom." Yoandri announced as he abruptly got up and made his way to the restroom. I watched him walk away until he was out of my sight. That's when I felt a tap on my shoulder.

"Yes?" I said as I turned around to see who wanted to talk to me. It was Richard. He was smiling too hard at me, it almost looked painful.

"Are you Yoyo's new girl?" He asked me with a laugh. Yoyo aww that's cute. I'll make sure to mock Yoandri for that later.

"No. Just a new friend?" I said, but it sounded like a question. To be honest, I don't even know if I should call him that. He did help me out when I most needed someone...

"That's what they all say." Joshua said from behind the table.

"Leave the poor girl alone." Johann came at my defense. "Now, tell us your name?" He added. I suddenly remembered what Yoandri said last night, but I ignored it.

"I'm Mariana. Nice to meet you guys." I said with a small smile.

"Ahh, well Mari, can you do us a favor?" Richard asked with a mischievous grin as he looked at Johann and Joshua. They grinned in return. I had nothing to lose right? So I simply agreed.

"Sure," was all I said. Believe it or not their smiles got bigger.

"Okay" Johann spoke up. "When Yoyo comes back, please call him Yolandra." He said with a laugh. The other guys also joined him and I must admit that this also caused me to smile. I didn't know what to expect.

"Alright, I got you." I replied with a small smile on my face. As if on cue, Yoandri came back with a big grin on his face.

Richard, Johann, and Joshua all looked at me with their eyebrows raised waiting for me to do it. So I did.

"Hey Yolandra, where did you get your sweater from? I lovee it!" I told him trying really hard not laugh, but it was almost impossible because the three guys were already dying of laughter.

The smile on Yoandri's face dropped so fast and it was the funniest thing I had seen in awhile. He turned around and the look on his face was of pure betrayal.

"How does she know that already!?" Yoandri half shouted to the guys. This only made the guys laugh even more and I joined them. Yoandri was looking at us like we had lost our minds so I decided to add more fuel to the fire.

"Stop being so bitter Yoyo, it's time to have some fun." I mocked his words that he had told me earlier between laughs. This only caused Johann to burst into hysterics all over again. I'm pretty sure Johann didn't understand the joke, he just wanted to laugh.

"Man, Yoandri keep her around! I already love her!" Richard said. Joshua and Johann seemed to agree with him also.

Yoandri only shook his head and started laughing with us. "You guys are nuts." Was all he said as he laughed.

I could already tell that Yoandri was right all along, tonight will be interesting.
