a/n Finals are over and it's the holidays. I'm already writing as much as I can when I get the feel for it. I'm not so sure if the story is still nice, but I'll keep trying I guess.
Interesting things will be happening this chapter, I hope it keeps you interested! I really enjoy hearing from you guys and some of your guesses give me ideas on what to write. So feel free to do so and maybe I will incorporate some of them into the story!
Enjoy!!!

---------

It was long after Thanksgiving with Mark's and my family when I received an unknown call. I don't normally answer calls from people I don't know, but when they called again I figured I should answer.

"Hello?" I greet.

"Hello," they greet in Korean. I glance at the phone and see that the call did come from Seoul, Korea.

"Oh, hello," I greet again in Korean.

"Is this Miss Christine Chan?" A male voice asks.

"Yes, this is she," I say politely trying to remember to use polite terms and show respect.

"I'm from SM Entertainment and I received an audition from you, but we had a few questions. Do you have time right now?" He asks me. Who?

"I'm sorry, SM? An audition form?" I ask trying to figure this out.

"Yes, SM, one of the top three entertainment companies in South Korea. I received your application not to long ago. I am looking over it right now and am curious about a few things." He explains further.

"Yes. Okay. What questions do you have for me?" I respond. Even if I say that I didn't send one in it's already there.

"Yes, yes. Everything is filled out, but there a few things I want to look into," he starts out.

"Yes," I respond to have him continue.

"You're application says you are working as a radio host in the US and an occupational therapist, is that correct?"

"Yes, yes it is. My time on air is called AsianInvasian and I cover all types of asian music. I finished my degree and was able to get a job quickly."

"I also saw you were in the competition that was held by your company and won. A link of your performance was attached and I noticed the other members have been accepted under JYP. May I ask why you were not included?"

"Uhm, I was." As I spoke to him I was struggling on the limited Korean I knew. "I was scared to go with my friends. I'm not one to enjoy being in the spotlight."

"I hear you, but I had noticed, due to your job your have been more active in visual interviews also." He's really done his homework.

"Yes, yes. My producer had suggested I do them since the competition. It has brought us more followers and fans," I comment.

"And how is it for you?" He asks me.

"It's different. I'm not famous or anything, but I am noticed more. They use to just know me by my voice, but now they know my face too."

"So how would you feel being in the spotlight now?"

"I wouldn't be as against it as I was, but I'm not to fond of not having as much privacy as I do now." This guy said a few things.

"Yes. I understand. Now your audio recording. It seems as though it wasn't really meant for your application. Is there a reason why you sent this file?" He asks me.

"I'm sorry sir, to be honest, I don't know what file you are talking about," I confess. "Actually, I never sent an application to you and I don't know how you received one. I'm honored that you looked at mine and had interest, but I can't go into the details of what is on the application."
