TIME: Mark Tuan edition

Chapter 40

A/n: I've seen a couple of people who have voted for almost all of my chapters. I notice everyone who leaves a comment or votes. I'm so touched to have your support. Thank you for those who have been with me for the long run. Sorry for the wait and I hope this chapter does not disappoint. The next one is even longer and full of events.

I hope you don't mind long chapters. Since I'm in school right now I spend a little bit of my time writing here and there. By filling chapters up I hope it makes up for the lack of updates.

Right now, I am waiting for my first class of the day and I thought I should treat my readers to a nice update!

"Hey, Christine!" I was being shook. "Wake up! I have to go pee!"

"Mmm!" I groan. I use all the strength I had to lift my head long enough so he could slip away. He quickly placed something under my head as I relaxed and let it drop onto something cushiony.

"She's so out of it."

"How much you wanna bet this is her first relaxing sleep since she's been here?"

"Relaxing? Isn't she staying at that fancy hotel?"

"Doesn't mean she got a nice nap or sleep."

"I bet she didn't sleep when she was at the dorms taking care of Mark."

I swear, these people don't know how to whisper. At least talk about me when I'm gone not when supposedly asleep.

"Why did you guys call her anyway?"

"He kept asking for her. We tried to deal with him ourselves. She was a last resort. We don't know what she did or how she did it. JB said he asked if she needed help, but she declined. She shooed us to our rooms."

"To be honest, we were all tired so we couldn't decline Noona's offer."

"How bad was he that you guys couldn't deal with him?"

"Well, for starters Mark can get aggressive when he drinks."

"Mark hyung was being rowdy and kept calling for Noona. If we didn't take his phone away he probably would have called her long before we even called her."

"We would try to quiet him down, but he kept going off in tantrums wanting Christine. JB even slapped him at one point."

"It was chaotic. Mark hyung was acting as if he'd die without seeing Noona."

"I wonder what happened."

"I wonder what happened between Mark and Christine. JB said he thought he heard Mark sobbing at one point."

"I'm back- woah. What's with the atmosphere?"

"We were talking about what happened with Mark."

"What happened?" My head and upper body was lifted as I continued to pretend to be asleep and was then placed on the person's legs. I snuggled into their leg and something was placed over my body.

They went over everything again and he had the same questions as the rest.

"I know it's a biased thought, but I don't like Mark for Christine." He sighs. "But even I can see she's probably the best for him."

"Christine and Mark have a bond that nobody can interfere, Brian. I know you still have feelings for her, but maybe Mark and her are meant to be. Even if they don't know it yet."
