I snort into laughter. "Ige mwoya? When did you get so cheesy?"

"Seriously, Chris?" He sounds disappointed and irritated as he pulls away and plops onto the floor leaning against the bed frame.

"What?" I ask trying to control my laughter. "Come on, Mark. Why are you getting so worked up and serious? You have no right to get worked up by Jaebum. We're friends. Just like you and me. Just friends."

"Friends?" He sounded hurt.

"I thought about if when you were away," I start. I walk around the room and find myself fiddling with the stuff around the room. "I don't think we could really work out. Even if we feel some attraction to each other, I don't think we could ever go more than just f riends. I just don't see it happening."

"I think it could. I think we can become more. I think we have more than a little attraction or else it wouldn't have lasted so long or lead us to what happened that evening," he argues. I don't meet his eyes even though I know his has been following me and every move, burning into my back.

"It's not easy to break away from friendship," I tell him.

"Well if you think like that, then of course it is," he states. "I thought we talked about this."

"We did, and then I had time to think-"

"I can't leave you alone, can I? You and your overthinking!" He whines. I couldn't tell if he was serious.

"Are you done whining, Mark? The food's gonna get cold," I try to move the conversation along. If I let this go further, I'm afraid he might sway me. I turn to open the door when he embraces me. He cuddles into my shoulder and sniffs in my scent. I squirm, "Yahhh. We have to go."

"Stay, please," his words seemed to hold a stronger meaning than what was on the surface. He lightly kisses my shoulder and I am reminded of last time.

"I swear I'm going to walk out and scream if you don't let go," I try and threaten him.

"Go ahead. Then they'll know there's something between us and you'll have to be with me- more than just a friend," I feel his lips move against my neck as he turns his head to speak.

"You're a pain, you know that?" I sigh. He chuckles and tightens his grip.

"Think about it again. Don't shut down the idea just yet," he tells me.

I don't answer and open the door with him being dragged along. "Get this thing off me!"

All eyes turn to us and I snarl as they just smirk.

"Waaaah!" Miguel cheers and runs up to us and hugs our legs.

"Oi!" I exclaim trying to keep my balance. "A little help?"

"You think they solved it out?" Youngjae asks.

"Doubt it," Junior observes. He was the first to approach us followed by Jackson. They remove Miguel before helping me pry off the parasite that is Mark Yien Tuan. "Hyung, you gotta let go. Noona made us food and because of you it's gone cold."

"Aaah," he whines. I roll my eyes and once they finally remove him I stretch my body out and sigh in relief.

"Finally, I'm starved," I rub my stomach.

"JB hyung is heating up your food," Yugyeom tells me. I smile and nod. I sit beside him and BamBam.

"How was it?" I ask as I see their nearly finished plates.

"Jjang, Noona!" Yugyeom comments.

"I miss your cooking," Youngjae adds.

"It's really good!" BamBam hums in delight.
