"Hey, wake up. We're on in twenty minutes." I open my eyes lazily as Cassidy shakes me awake. I yawn and stretch as much as I can. She steps away and I fall backwards and hold myself by my leg and arm. I pivot and sit down. I reach my toes and do a bunch of stretches to loosen my body and wake myself up. Everyone is doing the same but with different types of exercises.

I take off my shoes and massage my feet. I roll my ankle and flex my foot. I put my shoes back on and stand up. I lean back and make and arc and slowly bring my feet and arms closer together. I go as far as I can and collapse.

For fifteen of the twenty minutes were spent on stretching and pumping ourselves up.

"Standby, five minutes." A worker peeked in and we all walked over to him. I grab my other outfit and stopped next to him.

"Hey, is Eric filming right now?" I ask.

"No, he's in his room right now waiting for another set of interviews."

"Can you call him in here to take care of Miguel? He'll know what your talking about," I tell him. He nods and says something into his walky-talky.

"Okay, he's coming. You need to go now miss," he tells me gesturing for me to go. I nod and thank him and join Jen who was with the rest down the hall.

"Are you ready?" She asks me when I reach her.

"Definitely," I tell her and give her a high five.

"Don't forget to find a spotter," she tells me and I nod.

"I just need to find it. I have one in mind already. Don't forget to watch your footing and emphasize your movements. It will really help catch everyone's attention," I tell her. She nods and locks arms with me.

"Change after the eighth beat after my solo," she reminds me and I give a curt nod tightening my grip around my clothes. It was a black spaghetti strap dress with a low heart neckline and buttons going down the body before the skirt flares out loosely.

"Everyone, don't forget facials. We have to stay uniform and show strength, determination, boldness," I tell everyone.

"Don't forget to have fun. The most important thing about all of this is to have fun and enjoy it. If we enjoy it, it will improve the presentation of our dance." Brian pitches in.

The way Brian, Jen, and I had prepared ourselves for every performance was to say everything we needed to remind each other. Everything that was our main points in the performance, we mentioned it. It was our way of giving each other a pep talk. Soon everyone was walking with an extra hop to our step and we reached the side stage. The dancers before us had a clean performance but seemed messy at the same time. They were all on time and no one made a mistake but their facials were all different. Some were smiling. Others were serious. Some even looked bored. Facials and the overall presentation helps unite the dance and make it look better than just getting the dance down to perfection.

I bounce on my toes and roll my neck. I then stop and peek out to the crowd looking for my spotter.

"There," Jen says reaching over my shoulder to point into the audience. It was the GOT7 group and Mark was right in the middle.

"Perfect," I mumble nodding to her. She nods back and smiles. "Everyone gather around."

We all huddle together and look at each other.

"The time has finally come. Relax and have fun but don't forget the key points of our dance. Got it?" Brian asks glancing at all of us.

"Got it," They all say.
