You grabbed a nice (Favorite Color) shirt and slid it over your body. That was a nice shower. You didn't wash your hair because you washed it this morning, and honestly you didn't want to deal with wet hair. You showered again because you just felt gross. Nothing wrong with being clean.

You crawled into your bed and pulled out your phone. You had 3 messages from Dave.

Dave: Yo

Dave: It is going down.

Dave: Also Dirk bought Liquor and then gave me some to shut up.

You laughed. That seemed like something that would basically go down in the Strider house-hold. You where about to respond when Dave sent you another.

Dave: Ffffffuck

Dave: I drank a lot.

Dave: At once

You where having trouble breathing from this laughter. You responded with "I could understand only maybe 50% of that."

You sat your phone down and got out of your bed. You weren't tired at all. Probably all the sleeping you have been doing, lately. You noticed your phone was close to death. Better get that life support. You also forgot you left your charger with Kendall. She asked if she could borrow it at school and you didn't ask for it back.

All is well. You will use your sisters.

You made your way to her room. You looked around. You have only been in here once since you moved in. It seemed empty. It still looked empty. Except, on her bed. The sheets where messyish. On her pillow was a plain black picture frame.

A sudden flashback to the house fire. You noticed the picture frame sitting on her shelf.

You shook those thoughts away and picked up the frame. It still held the same picture of your family. In the nice snow. Your sister was so small and younger looking then. So were you. You were even younger.

You smiled and put it down, grabbing the charger from the side of her bed and going back.

You never received a response. You assumed he crashed. He would have a bad time tomorrow.

You smiled again, for a different reason, and put your phone on the charger and lied down and tried to send yourself to sleep.

--

You woke up when your alarm blared.

You sighed and got up. You didn't have much of a hard time awakening. Maybe because you had a nice sleep or something?
