The 3rd Floor

Chapter 7

~Chapter 7~ FOOD

*Lexi's POV*

Me, Emily, and Kurstin are all hoping to not have any more surprise visits. After today's 2 creepy figures and the video, we actually want to be alone. We are only supposed to stay one night in the hotel, but if we can't get down from this floor, I don't know what we're gonna do!

*BANG*

Something falls on the floor and made a really loud noise. Emily turned around quick and I jumped back into Kurstin's arms for the second time today

"Ugh. I really hate this hotel!" Kurstin whined

Emily walked pass the corner while Kurstin followed. I sat in her arms observing. As we turned the corner, Emily was pushed to the floor. I was lifted out of Kurstin's arms and started to float in mid air. Kurstin just fell to the floor and then she curled up into a ball.

She was rolled across the ground and knocked down 10 bowling pins that appeared suddenly.

Emily got up and ran over to Kurstin who was rubbing her head. I was still stuck in the air. In the air, I saw the bowling pins disappear right behind Emily and Kurstin.

I tried to air swim over to Emily and Kurstin, but my body wouldn't budge. I was stuck in the air, frozen in place.

As soon as Kurstin stood up next to Emily, something started banging on the elevator door. Emily ran over to the door while Kurstin ran over to me to help me down. I still wouldn't budge.

As Kurstin stepped out from underneath me, I fell to the floor and landed on my stomach.

"Ugh." I said as I hit the floor

"Ouch! That looked like it hurt!" Emily said

Then she turned back to the elevator and started to listen. It wasn't coming from downstairs because it was still dark outside. I could tell because when I finally got up from my painful fall, I looked out the window.

Pitch Black.

That meant that the whole hotel floor was also pitch black. We could faintly see because of the moonlight, but it wasn't very bright. I'm guessing Danielle and our moms went back to the room to sleep.

*Danielle's POV*

After a couple hours of talking to a repair man, me and the moms went back to the room to get some shut eye. That was the worst idea ever because nobody could sleep.

We just lay in our beds wondering what was happening to Lexi, Kurstin, and Emily. We don't know if they're dead or if they are alive. They haven't eaten in hours.

Oh I hope they are ok!

*Lexi's POV*

We were all just sitting by the elevator when something slid across the floor. It sounded like glass. I looked over and a plate with fruits was sitting in a spot where light was shining right on it.

"Finally, food!" I said

I love food and I can't live without it. It is like one of my best friends and I know how cheesey that sounds.

As soon as I reached for it, the plate slid back a little. I kept running for it until it turned the corner. The only thing I made turn the corner was my head.

As I looked around the corner, I could see the plate, but I could also see someone pulling the plate. It was attached to a string.

"Hi Lexi. I knew this would work."

A/N

Since I got 20 votes, I decided to make this chapter extra exciting at the end. The beginning and middle was just filler and I was kind of trying to get you caught up with Danielle and the moms.

I'm only writing another chapter if I get 30 votes! Lets make that happen! I know you can make it happen!
