Lexi's POV
"Of course Danielle! There's nothing I wouldn't do for my bestest friend ever." I said with a huge smile
"I'm excuse me?!" Kurstin and Emily both said at the same time
"Excuse me but I don't think you guys are the ones who we needed to kind of be BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE!" I yelled the last part in their faces
Kurstin and Emily both immediately looked down at their shoes in embarrassment. Those goofballs!
It's seems like the gang took forever to get back together, but in reality, we never really left each others sides.
Me, Emily, Kurstin, and Danielle all hopped out the window and made our way back to my house. without any questions asked, I made Danielle a big pan of brownies that she actually decided to share with everyone.
My mom soon came bustling downstairs, arms full of laundry.
"Lexi, I didn't tell you you could have a party." She stated sternly, putting down the clothes to fold them
"Mom, there's only 4 people here. I don't think that's considered a party."
"Well when I was your age---" I sort of tuned out the rest of the conversation. B-O-R-I-N-G. I've heard it like 39749837838393 times already.
***
2 months later, me, Emily, Kurstin, and Danielle are all settled back in our own homes. Our lives slowly turn back to normal and with school approching, it's not going to stay that way for long.
However, before the school year starts, the gang decides to have just one last sleepover.
I bet you can already guess how that's going to plan out....
Plot twister!!!!
The book is not over yet! Part 3, The Hand, will be out soon. Make sure to be on the look out for the first Part 3 update coming soon! :)
