WOW! This is the 30th chapter of this book! Seems like just yesterday I was writing the very 1st chapter. But don't you guys worry, because there's plenty more to come. In other words, this book is not over yet!

Chapter 29 recap:

We were only at the hospital not even 2 minutes now and Kurstin is already nestled again Brad, crying. Wow, she really is a good actress.

Emily, Danielle, Don, and I sat next to them and payed our respects. I know this isn't a funeral, but I thought it was the best thing to do. Just sitting here, watching Kurstin sob into Brad's soccer jacket isn't entertaining.

"Oh well don't you two just look so cute together!" Laurel said walking into the room. Kurstin picked up her head just to nod and then place it back.

"I came tell you something, Kurstin." Her mom said looking down. "Your sister just came back from college because she was diagnosed with cancer."

That's when she really started to cry.

Hope you enjoy Chapter 30, Part 3, The Hand, of the 3rd Floor!

Well that was unexpected.

"It's ok Kurstin, because she has a cancer that can be cured. I promise she'll be alright." Laurel commented although I don't think Kurstin really believed her

Brad then whispered something in her ear and she stop crying.

"I know. I love you." Is all she responded to Brad

"Can we go get something to eat? Im like dying of hunger over here." I said, a little to snottily for the situation

"Yeah. My Cheese It meter is on empty." Emily giggled

And if you haven't realized it yet, Emily is in love with Cheese It's and would kill to get them. Once, she ran over an old lady, with a shopping cart, in Wegmans just to grab the last box of cheddar Cheese It's on the shelf. That's one video I will not take off of instagram.

"Yeah sure." Kurstin said getting off of Brad's lap.

"Now that you mention it, I'm starving too." Don said planting a light kiss on my forehead

We all walked down to the hospital cafeteria, leaving Chad's room empty. Well, his body was still in there.

Me, Kurstin, Emily, Danielle, Brad, Don, and Laurel were gathered at one table eating the little meal the hospital provided for the guests of patients.

However, the meal didn't last very long. John burst into the cafeteria doors, completely out of breath.

"I," *breath* ,"have," *breath* ,"really important news." John said, his breathing soon returning to normal

"And what is it?" Laurel said, wiping her mouth

"Chad is.... He is breathing again!"

Laurel covered her mouth to hold in a scream and hugged Kurstin. I guess things were turning up for the family. I just hope Kurstin's sister is alright.

We all ran, no sprinted our way back to the hospital room. Chad's eyes fluttered open just as we reached the room. He was mumbling about something, but I couldn't understand a word he was saying. I think Chad was speaking in German, but I can't be certain.

Laurel ran over and hugged her son who was miraculously alive.

"How could he have no pulse, no heartbeat and then have one a day later?" John scratched the back of his neck

"I don't know and I don't care. My baby is alive again." Laurel squeezed Chad's cheeks. That alive again thing wasn't just a coincidence. At least it seemed like it was a coincidence. It sounded like there was more to the story, it I just didn't know how to find out if there was.

"Mom! Stop! That hurts!" Chad whined at his mom's show of affection

I pulled Kurstin off to the side. I needed to ask her about what he was saying. I also pulled Brad over because he took German as well.

"Do you guys know what he was saying." I whispered to both of them. Kurstin shrugged her shoulders.

"I wasn't listening."

"I was." Brad looked down at his shoes and then back up at us

"He said someone had to die in order for him to come back to life."

I knew there was more, but I wasn't expecting this. I thought it would've been something about seeing God or some religious stuff like that, but not this.

I never thought 'being brought back to life' was even a possible thing to do.

Apparently this world is full of mysteries.

***

"Paris, how's your eye." Kurstin asked her sister after her surgery

You see, Paris had eye cancer. She had to get treatment, but the only one that had was laser treatment. That means that they had to remove the small tumor that formed on her eye by lasering it out.

She will only be able to see very little out of her left eye. At least it didn't spread or anything.

The doctors said she got it from spending to much time in the sun and under tanning beds. Paris never wore those little goggle like things your supposed to wear when you use a tanning bed.

Whenever she was out in the sun, she never wore sunglasses. California can be a good place and a bad place. California was where her collage was located.

"It's ok. There isn't any pain yet, which I suppose is good."

Paris came into the room just as Chad was getting up to leave the hospital. We were about to follow when she came in. Laurel immediately got her a room so she could be treated.

"I'm so glad your ok. I'm so glad your both ok." Kurstin said, hugging her sister and her brother

Oh my god. I'm crying! What an amazing ending to chapter 30. Both of Kurstin's siblings lived.

Listen to the amazing song to the side! It really sums up the chapter quite nicely ------>

Here's a picture of Don!!!!

I hope you guys aren't crying to much!

T3F Fact #5 - Emily really has a thing for Cheese It's and she gave me the idea to call you my Little Cheese Its

T3F Fact #6 - John is just a random dad name I came up with. It has no significant value or part in my life what so ever

T3F Fact #7 - I never intended on doing a book that was 3+ parts. I was only gonna do 1, but then I realized that making sequels is just to hard. Therefore, part 2, 3, and counting were born

T3F Fact #8 - I didn't just randomly come up with eye cancer. I actually know a lot about it and yes, it really can be cured

T3F Fact #9 - This has nothing to do with the story, but I'm in love with Niall Horan

T3F Fact #10 - Danielle's middle name is Lee, Kurstin's middle name is Taylor, Emily's middle name is Makenzie, and Lexi doesn't have a middle name (this is all for the book)
