Me and You-Steve

You were sitting on the ground watching as Steve was fixing some Soc's car.

"Are you almost done?" You asked as you looked through the magizine you had in your hand.

"Y-yes..." Steve studdered. Lately he's been acting weird around you.

He came out from the car and grabbed a towel, wiping the grease off of his hands.

You quickly stood up as the two of you began walking to the Curtis home.

Usually the two of you would be making fun of socs or just talking about cars, he was just quiet.

"Im your best friend and something's been up lately." You said.

He nervously adjusted his leather jacket and looked at you.
The two of you stopped walking.
"(Y/N) i've known you since forever..." He said slowly.

"Go on Steve hurry up we don't have all night!" You said to him.

"What im trying to say doll, me and you next Saturday at the movies 6 o'clock on a date!" Steve said really fast.

You were shocked, Steve Randle wanted to go on a date with you.

You didn't realize that you were quiet until he said something.
"You know what nevermind you probably dig Sodapop or Dally I und-"

"Yes i'll go on a date with you, sorry i was just surprised." You said nervously.

Steve gave you the biggest smile you've ever seen.
"Yes! I mean...Come on lets go before it gets too dark." Steve said.

As soon as the two of you got there he started bragging to everyone which you found really cute.
