So ive recently found The Outsiders show on youtube and im currently on epsiode 5 or 6.
In my opinion i feel like its more of a fanfiction after Dally and Johnny than what happens after.
*SPOILERS*
The fact that Tim is basically the new Dally and Scout is the new Johnny throws me off a bit.
Also, its more of a love story type which brings me back to how its more like a fanfiction.
I feel like they didnt go with the ideas of the characters, for example:
When Sodapop finds out the girl was pregnant i'd pretty sure he'd question her A LOT because what happened with Sandy.
Or how they don't EVER mention Two-Bits love of mickey mouse.
The few things i like about the show are how they look like the characters in the book.
Darry doesnt look 30 he looks his age, Soda is average but still pretty cute and Ponyboy just...he's pretty good looking.
I love and hate the show, but i still suggest it to people who wasnt to know more of what happened.
(The pilot is a whole hour long but i like it Every other episode is 20-40 minites)
