"Vell, (Name), vhat do you vant to do?
"U-Um," you hesitated, not knowing who to even choose.
You began to scan the room, looking at each individual country. They all seemed nice, except for the looks Prussia and France were giving you. You quickly skipped over them and continued to look at everyone. In truth you wanted to go with them all, but you knew that could never happen. You had to choose one and only one, but you were afraid that you would make everyone else sad.
'Why does making such a simple decision seem so hard?' you yelled in your head.
Shuffling across the table caught you off guard as your eyes darted to its source. England was flipping through his papers and pockets madly like he was looking for something important. His eyebrows were furrowed in both concentration and frustration.
"Iggy, what are you looking for, dude?" America asked from your right side.
"Don't call me that you git! Now where did I put....Ah! Here it is!"
"Here vant is?" Germany asked, now curious at what England found.
"This, my good chap, is the spell to send (Name) home. I didn't know I made another one, but I guess I did as a precaution."
"Are you sure that's the right spell, England?" Norway asked from the right of the table.
He was giving England a stern look even though his blank eyes showed nothing. A part of you was now afraid that this wasn't the spell to send you home. Because if it wasn't, who knows what to consequences would be, and where you would end up.
"Norway is right, England. You know that if this spell is wrong you could send her to another new dimension, or even a different time. Do you really want to chance that?" Romania agreed from the left side of the table.
"I'm perfectly sure this is the right spell," he argued, face beginning to fume.
Romania and Norway shared a look , but before they could say much else England began to draw a circle near the corner of the room. He wrote it rather quickly and once he was done he came over to you and helped you stand up. He pulled you to the circle, telling you to stay still as he began to chant out the spell. Within moments of him finishing, the world around you began to dissolve and distort. Clocks and time began to flow backwards from all around. This was not the correct spell.
Back in the meeting room, England was on his knees with light tears streaming down his cheeks. As soon as he had seem the symbols of time appear around your form he knew he had been mistaken. So horribly mistaken. He had sent you back in time to who knows when. Everything fell into chaos around him as others began to scold him and yell at him.
However, new memories came flooding into his mind.
He then let a small smile grace his features, knowing that the time you were in you were safe. *He looked to the meeting doors and called out softly. The doors opened to reveal a familiar figure whom he knew all too well.
-----------------Back in the past-----------------------Creaking and groaning was the first thing you heard as you began to awake back into reality. You had woken up on a hard wooden floor surrounded by boxes and crates. You could hear the crashing of waves and water against whatever was outside the place you were. The floor began swaying this way and that causing your stomach to slightly churn. You slowly began to get up on your knees, letting yourself get used to the swaying motions before fully standing up. You looked to your right and saw a porthole in the wall. Taking the opportunity, you shakily made your way over to it and looked out. What you saw you couldn't believe.
