Misaki's POV

8:09 am

I paced around nervously, as if I was waiting for Anna like I use to do years ago.

Hearing a dark laugh, I turned to the direction it came for and there he was, the damn devil himself.

"Hello, Misaki. I hope you're coming back home with me."Tatsuo said, chuckling with a smirk.

"I don't think so!" I screamed, pulling out a whistle and blowing it as hard as I could.

The whistle's noise echoed throughout the area and Marcus Victor stepped out from the brush.

"I'm Marcus, a detective. You're under arrest for the death of the Yata Family." He said.

Tatsuo's eyes widened and he turned to me, glaring at me as he thrashed as Marcus handcuffed him.

"MISAKI!!! I'll get you! I'll get you good! And when you least expect it!!!" Tatsuo screamed as he continued to thrash about.

An ominous wind blew by and I shivered.

But it wasn't from the cold.

Kuro's POV

12:41 pm

I was finally release from the hospital but..... Shiro wasn't here to pick me up so I walked back to the school. It was oddly foggy and dark even though it was around noon time.

It didn't look like it was going to rain but, it was strange how the weather was acting today.

I opened up the door room, only to drop them.

It was gone.

He was gone.

All his things were gone and he wasn't there either.

"Shiro? If this is a prank, it's not funny." I said, nervously laughing.

I looked around, looking for Shiro.

On his now empty bed, that was stripped of even its sheets, was a note with two words:

'Good bye'

I dropped the note and in a panic, I ran out of the room and looked around for Shiro.

Pulling out my phone, I called Shiro's father."Where the hell is Shiro?!" I screamed.

"Yatogami? He's here, at my personal hospital. He packed up all his things yesterday but then, halfway to the gates, some student beat him up. No one saw who it was but some students took him to our hospital."

"I'm coming over there! Make sure Shiro doesn't leave!" I shouted, running to the train station back to the mainland.

Saru's POV

Nervously, I fiddled with the black box in my hand, waiting for Misaki to come back.
