Chapter Forty-Five

•Wedding Day•

I wake up to Josh and I's song playing, 'Beneath Your Beautiful' by Labrinth. I open my eyes to see my bridesmaid standing at the foot of my bed! "Up! Up! Up! It's going to be a big big big day!" Sophia says. I laugh at her Effie Trinket quote. "You are getting married today!" Tiffany says. I smile. I get up and go to the bathroom. I put on a pair of yoga shorts and a tank top and grab my 'Bride-to-Be' robe. I put it on and head downstairs. The girls are downstairs with Starbucks. "I love your robes!" I say with a wink. Sophia wears a 'Maid of Honor' robe and Tiffany and Katie wear a 'Bridesmaid' robe. We sit around the house talking about the bakery, weddings, family, memories. I'm getting married at 4 so at lunch time my stylists and my sister, mom, and grandma come over.

I watch as my girls get there makeup done and see them getting in there dresses. "It's your time now!" Katie says! They begin doing my hair and makeup. They do a braided updo and light makeup. When I get in my dress I feel my eyes tear. "Don't cry!" Tiff says. "I can't help it! Seeing you guys, seeing me, realizing I'm getting married!" I say with tears streaming down my face. I gain my composure and we pose and get pictures together. "Amanda!" My mom says from the living room. "You need something borrowed, something blue, something old and something new!" She says. "Oh right." I said. "I talked to your mom and asked her if I could give you something borrowed and blue. Josh got me these earrings and he told me to give it to his future wife on her wedding day. I've worn them a few times." She says handing me a pair of blue sapphire diamond earrings. "Do you think he remembered?" I ask. "Probably not. He gave these to me when he turned 18." She says. "Thank you Michelle!" I say hugging her. "Amanda this necklace has been passed down through the family. I wore it, your mother wore it, your sister wore it, now it's your turn." My grandma says handing me a silver diamond hair clip. "Thank you! It's so beautiful!" I say hugging my grandma. "Ok, for something new the bridesmaids decided we wanted to get you something, Jen pitched in too." Soph says putting a silver Pandora bracelet on my wrist with charms of inside jokes, favorite things, everything. I smile. "I love you guys!" I say hugging each one of them. "Well I also got you guys each something. I love you guys so much!" I say handing them each a Tiffany's bag. "Open it at the same time!" I say. The sit down on the leather sofa and each pull a Tiffany's box out. They all open it to find a Tiffany's Infinity Bracelet in Platinum with Diamonds. "These bracelets signify our friendship being infinite!" I say. They each give me a hug. "I love you!" They each say. We take more pictures. We get in the limo and head for the shut down, highly secured, no paparazzi beach.

I get out of the limo and head to a little secluded area with my bridesmaids my family gives me hugs before heading to there seats. I'm standing with my bridesmaid in a circle. I have the photographer take photos of us together. The music starts playing. They each give me a hug before getting in line. Soph grabs my hands. "I'm so lucky to have you as a best friend! Happy wedding day! I love you!" She says giving me a hug. She starts down the aisle, I count to 15 and start down the aisle. As soon as I see Josh I feel my eyes tear. I can see him smiling. I hear gasps in the crowd as they see my dress. When I get up to Josh he grabs my hands. We stare into each others eyes as the priest speaks. Josh says his vows first and I can feel a single tear fall. I smile and grip his hands tighter. I say my vows and he smiles the while time staring me in the eyes. Our 'I do's' are said. "You may now kiss your bride!" The priest states. I smile and Josh kisses me. This kiss isn't like any of the others. There is a new kind of spark. "Mr. And Mrs. Hutcherson!" Before we walk down the aisle as a married couple Josh shakes hands with his groomsmen and I hug my bridesmaids. Josh grabs my hand and we walk down the aisle toward the limo.

"I love you so much, Mrs. Hutcherson!" Josh says. "I love you too!" I say kissing him. "Does anything I'm wearing look familiar to you?" I ask. "Those earrings, I gave them to my mom when I was 18 and I told her to give them to my wife." He says. "She did and they are stunning!" I say. "Like you. You look so stunning! When I saw you my knees felt weak." He says. I smile. We get to the reception hall. Before we go to the party I change into a lavender Sherri Hill dress.

"Now presenting Mr. And Mrs. Hutcherson!" They announce. Josh and I walk in hand in hand and pictures are being taken. We get to our seats and Soph sits beside me. "Amanda's Maid of Honor would like to say something, Sophia get up here!" They announce. I smile as Soph walks to the middle of the room. "Amanda and Josh, To start, I would like to extend my congratulations to you. Second, I know you two are going to live a wonderful life with each other. I grew up with Amanda and we've always talked about our weddings, and here we are today. I love you and your an amazing best friend. I can't wait to continue seeing you and Josh grow as a married couple. Thank you for always being here for me and I will always be here for you.

After Soph speaks, Connor speaks. "When I met Amanda I was completely jealous, she was perfect. But when I saw Amanda walking down the aisle my jealousy flew away, I saw the way Josh looked at her. I want that! Congrates to you guys! I'm really happy for you! I'm so glad to have you apart of the family!" Connor says. People clap. I smile and hug Connor. It's time to cut the cake. I see Jen sitting with my sister and I motion for them to come forward. My family and bridesmaid crowd around me to get a picture with the cake. They go back to there seats. Tiffany did an amazing job on the cake. It's perfect elegance. We cut the cake and Josh gets it all over my face, so I return the favor. "Now it's time for the bride and grooms first dance!" Josh and I get to the dance floor and 'Beneath Your Beautiful' by Labrinth. I lay my head against Josh's shoulder while we dance. 'I love you!" He whispers in my ear. I smile. The song ends and another song starts. 'For Good' I smile as I see Tiffany and Hunter come to the floor along with Sophia and Kellan. "Did you request this song?" I ask her. "Maybe!" She says smiling. We dance the night away. Most of the people have left except the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and our families, along with Jen. We get tons if group photos along we a lot if other shots. The DJ puts on 'A Thousand Years' by Christina Perri. We dance and dance. More photos are taken. I hug my bridesmaids and my family. Josh and I head to the limo to head our honeymoon. "Are you going to tell me where we are going?" I ask him. "No, that's a surprise! But I know you'll love it!" He says kissing me.
